  1. Fixed or variable is dependant on what oil you engine takes. Eg diesel with a dpf are on variable usually using low ash oil 507 spec oil petrols are usually on fixed servicing on 502 spec oil performance engine like the 2.0 tfsi and s3's golf r's are on different oil still can't remember the spec basicly if you on variable you can go on fixed servicing but if the oil you engine takes is supposed to be fixed you can't go on to variable. At the end of the day you can choose not to do oil changes on time and stretch it oou but if you have an engine issue warranty will just laugh at you
  2. If your car was a diesel id say you could possibly need as oil change as the low mileage might indicate that the car is doing short journeys and doing a DPF regen quite often which can dilute the engine oil with diesel and bring the service light on. But on a petrol it does seem too early. could be that the service light wasn't set right or the car was hanging around a while after being PDI'd before you bought it.
  3. It depends weather you are on fixed or variable serving. As your car is now two years old I'd assume it on variable servicing. 2years or 16-20k. Your car should only need an oil change with inspection. Brake fluid Is due at 3 years from new then every 2 year. Cambelt every 5 years. Air and pollen Filters are mileage dependand or if you request them and are extra. You should be asked if you want them done when you book in for a service. Air conditioning service is recommended every two years also. when on variable servicing vw Audi say you should get an inspection done every year and oil change every other year. Usually the service light on the dash is set wrong on PDI so people only book in when the service light comes on every 2 years or when oil quality it's is poor. Also people rarely book in for just an inspection so they get an oil change every year when they only need it every 2 years. Can be confusing
  4. Lease companies will only pay for the basic service unless the lease customer requests work like wipers etc. You think that air and pollen filters are included in the price of a service but they are extra. So the lease company doesn't pay for them to be done. They also request photos to justify work like oil leaks and brakes. Bottom line lease cars aren't looked after
  5. Just double check your work. Vacuum lines electrical plugs. Charge the battery and clear the codes in ecu
  6. If you still have the avant can you send me some pics does it need a fuel pump?
  7. My gearbox is toast! 😕 Previouse owner neglected to tell me the he had driven through a flood and filled the gearbox with water. It had I slight whine which got worst so I tried to change the oil and found it full of water now i I need a gearbox code DQT if anyone has one but will consider others
  8. As the pump is belt driven and a big job to change Genuine Audi every time. And they are surcharge too so get a bit of cash back when you take your old one back
  9. In the v under the fuel pump I believe
