I would like to up grade the lights are there any led light conversions for pre 06 on the market that anyone has seen and liked?

Hi ,I am driving an A5 cab at the minute great car love it, but I am just about to buy an A6 allroad 05 ,it's a good looking big car but I wanted to beef up the alloys before I start , I like the look of the Q7 wheels but don't know if they are compatible , any thoughts? J
