  1. I guess that would make sense if it was something to do with cruise control. Would be interested to know if you find out?
  2. Not 100% sure to be honest but quite possibly as it was a new model. The reason I was asking was because I found this and wondered if it would fit: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2009-Audi-A3-Space-Saver-Space-Wheel-and-Jacking-Kit-VW-Seat-Skoda-5X112-/391425378568?fits=Car+Make%3AAudi%7CModel%3AA3&hash=item5b22c54908:g:twEAAOSwGotWsk0e
  3. Hi Zach, welcome to AOC Has the fluid definitely leaked out?
  4. Only other thing I can think of is the DMF unfortunately. Did you get it done at a garage as may be worth taking back and asking them to take a look?
  5. I assume you used an adaptor lead to fit it? The lead likely swapped the ignition live and permanent live over, so you will need to cut and rejoin these on the adapter lead you used. It's usually the red and yellow wires.
  6. Hi Craig congrats on the purchase - any pics? What car did you come from?
  7. Is yours the 8P up to 2012 or 8v 2012 on?
  8. Sadly this is the way it has been with may manufacturers for some time now. Hopefully we will begin to see changes as more cars have Google maps etc built it
  9. This is on a TT but should give you an idea what you're looking for?
  10. Just a thought - might be worth plugging it into VAGCOM to see if there are any fault codes stored? Might point you in the right direction?
  11. That's not so bad then Stanley, at least that gives you something a little better in the mean time. Does it transfer your phonebook or is it calls only?
  12. They look like a wheel that was quite common on the MK1 TT and possible a few other models. The lack of Audi centre cap makes me probably think they are replicas. Don't think they would have been standard on yours. Look ok though if you sort out the centre caps.
  13. Not the throttle cable but the battery maybe. Certainly if it had been flat for a while. Is the battery definitely OK now? Have you had it tested? You'd be surprised the sort of electrical gremlins a dodgy battery can cause. Of course, it may not be that but it's certainly worth checking out.
  14. Sounds good - a sort of diesel RS7 eventually then?!
  15. Hi Callum, what sort of advice are you looking for?
  16. Wow, coilovers have definitely come down in price a lot over the last few years. Personally I always find them a bit too harsh for my liking - I prefer a good quality spring kit, unless you're planning on some track work of course?
  17. Thanks Dodge, interesting read!
  18. Hi Dodge, welcome to AOC Your A7 looks great - any plans for it?
  19. Have you checked your user manual? I'm assuming as you say it's just a shift recommendation for eco driving? Does it go away if you change gear as directed?
  20. I take it you've checked the clips are tight enough?
  21. Is it noticeably worse on cold/wet mornings?
  22. Hi Gill, congratulations on the purchase! What car have you come from?
  23. Not sure where the download bit is that mistac is referring to - mistac can you point Able211 in the right direction?
  24. Yeah it's worth thinking about. May be that you can get it through the next couple of MOTs but if the rules change then you may not be able to
  25. I'd try and get the throttle cable sorted that doesn't sound great. Have you had any issues with the battery? Sometimes the ECU may need to relearn/reset itself after the battery has been disconnected?
