Hi Guys as a continuation from my last post .Is anyone aware of a source where i may get an answer probably best for a well clued up audi guy . Maybe a garage 🙂
Ive been out today and the missfire/cut out appears consistantly while accelerating thru 1175 rpm as soon as i hit 1175 it cuts out if i avoid that area by changing gear at strategic times ,it runs perfectly .Any pointers greatly appreciated .

Hi Guys ive just put this b6 cabrio on the road .It has a missfire at low revs like the engine is completely cutting out for a second then goes back to normal .Just like if you flicked the ignition off and straight back on .Ive scanned it with vag,com and getting these codes
p1857 -35 - 10 intermittent
00550- start of injector regulation 08-00-control limit surpassed
17583 Pre injection turned off
p1175 -35-10 --intermittent
p1672
It has loads of smooth power at anything above 1400 rpm
this appears only when doing around 1100 rpm in high gears .
Any help as usual really appreciated
Time to give back ,I had a job finding info on a cam belt change on my A4 Cabrio b6 2.5tdi. Ive found a contitech document in pdf ,online very comprehensive if anyone needs it
