Hi, new to the A6 (c8) , was wondering if anyone can tell me if the main bean assist is standard ? I’m guessing not as I haven’t the option under exterior lights within the MMI , it’s only that I had this retrofitted to my previous A5 by Audi , however I’m told it can’t be retrofitted to the A6, I thought maybe as I have the sport model and Sline model A5 that it can only be retrofitted to the Sline due to different lights unless I’m wrong . C87 , just out of curiosity was your car a 2016 or 2017 ? Reason I ask is there seems to be a pattern whereby the cars are between these dates , so my thought is there was a faulty batch of pressure sensors on cars around this year of manufacture. Rgds

Hi Joshua, Yes this indeed should be covered under the approved used warranty as I have that warranty and it was covered. I’m not to sure though about the diagnostics they aren’t covered under the warranty I believe , however I wasn’t charged for this when I took my car in. But the part and fitting is certainly covered. Hi, I know the topics of parking sensors has been brought up before, but wanted to know if anyone has experienced this. Within the MMI it’s set to automatically activate. However recently I get the Birdseye view image up however the acoustic sound don’t beep. As I move closer to the object and the red lines move nearer to the car on the display the sound then goes off .

Hi Nicola, My A5 recently came out of the Audi workshop for the same issue you are having, brake servo restricted and start/stop not working. Like everyone else my brake pressure sensor was replaced and now all is working ok, no more message and start/stop working. Rgds

Hi Steve Q , It was a genuine Audi Center. I can only find pictures online of the extended LED lighting pack and that clearly shows both sides lighting up. I know that’s an extended lighting pack but as far as I’m aware the only difference between the pack and extended pack is the ability to change the ambient lighting colour. All other areas of the lighting pack are like for like so footwell both sides, door handles inside and out , door inlays all light up on both sides apart from this centre console light. As per the pictures.

Hi All, I'm trying to find out what lights up on the LED lighting package on the a5. All areas light up that I think supoose to apart from the passengers centre console side, is this suppose to light up to as my local service centre said they cant find any issues?

Wow, Stu4749 is that just for the ABS Sensor and fitting. Hope mines not that , although I have approved used warranty so not expecting to pay. Thanks

Hi All, I'm new to this forum, like everyone else I too have the brake servo restricted and start /stop not working. Can I confirm that after having the sensor replaced it also fixed the start/stop issue? Have mine booked in but 2 week wait ☹
