My oil is vw502 & vw505 longlife oil, I got mine cheap £12.49 for 5l. Stealer wanted near £60

That's a good price and definitely good for plenty more miles, although I feel guilty now. Mine has 140k on the clock, one owner from new (an old couple) full stealer service and 4 new tyres and I only paid £1000 :)

I have had the trim off and all the metal work looks straight, I will post a pic of it tomorrow in the daylight so you can see what I mean

How much did you give for it, also what are you calling high mileage?

Engine code is probably AWX and oil I normally use vw501 oil but I will check that shortly, and 130bhp

It's hit right in the centre of the tailgate, (how do I upload pics?) all the other panels look ok but I can see the the boot catch has moved on its mountings

I have just been rear ended, boot lid is beyond help, all of the surrounding panels and mountings look fine, boot locks as it should and opens ok, what I would like to know, is if any has or knows of anyone breaking a B6 Avant in Ming blue. Just need the boot lid with glass. Thanks

Excellent thanks for that, I will give it a go at the weekend. Fed up of having to use the power button all the time now.. Now I just need to work out what upgrade I can use from other models. Nothing wild, just want all the OEM upgrades -

I have a piggy back fuse holder (for adding additional wiring) I'm assuming I can put that in the S KONT fuse holder to tap into it? and will I need to add a relay or will it provide enough power? -
Hi all, new here, and just bought my first Audi. 2002 A4 B6 Avant Tdi 130. I will be fitting a new stereo tomorrow and would like to have some details on where I can get a switch live from? Any help greatly appreciated Dan
