Durham to Louth,Lincs. 147 miles. Most of it motorway,never exceeding speed limits. Best I achieved was 51 mpg! According to Audi,diesels don't like cold weather ?? And as the turbo cuts in about 1800 revs,suggested I do my motorway driving at 60mph!! Can you believe that? Nothing wrong with the car in their eyes,pleasure to drive but very false and misleading gov figures for the mpg!!

Thanks for the reply,been getting about 54mpg out of mine,which is rubbish going by what the gov quotes. However,fitted a K&N filter today,but I've heard good and bad reports. Off down to Lincolnshire at the weekend,will keep you posted on mpg when I get back,both off the on board info and my calculator. Regards

Hi,I've the same problem. Going to take mine,eventually to Audi dealer. Suspect it could be filters or duff injectors. If I find out,will post on here!!
