you could probably buy one in a breakers for 100,fitting it isnt a big job and getting it wired by an autoelectrician would be the cheapest way to go i think.greg

hi,i know the 2.6 rack wont fit the 2.0 coupe and thats 1994,it would probably be easier to get your own one rebuilt as thats what id to do with mine 2 years ago,greg.
thanks for the reply steve,ive just changed the 4 glow plugs so we will see if the fault stays cleared,never had any issues with it starting ,even after a few days parked up in cold weather.hopefully this sorts it,thanks again.
hello everyone,im looking for a bit of advice,the eml came on on my 2016 a6 and vcds says glow plug no.2 .i cleared the fault and the car is driving 100 percent but im wondering if changing the glow plug [plugs]will solve the issue or could it be a wiring issue.any advice or comments are welcome.
hi charles, i use liqui moly all the time as im told its a very good oil,i think a good quality oil and regular servicing saves a lot of money in the long run,greg.
hi roy,i only purchased mine 3 months ago and only ever had the small screen option but your right as i remember seeing it on a pals full screen so maybe theres a way to change it.some one on here might have a solution as id like to have the full screen too.
its normally on a sticker in the spare wheel well,the sticker will have a lot of other codes on it too.its also on the inside of the owners manual giving all codes for the spec on your car,this includes the paint code.i hope this helps.greg
