    Hi Bill,some cars don't give you a jack,but the contact I gave you do supply a jack with saver wheel,however definitely ask dealer they may sort it for you DW

    Hi there,a lot of cars come without a spare wheel and jack etc,when I bought my A3,I bought a saver wheel from a company called the tyre men supplied with Jack and wheel nuts etc,Dave Wise

    Hi Will ,its just a mini plug to suit your phone with a normal computer input plug on the other ,once this is plugged in there is a section on mmi which will accept download,Dave

    Hi will,on my A3 I used an adapter from my phone to mmi and downloaded android auto app and this allows you to get various apps like utube news weather etc,hope you get on ok regards David Wise

    I think I just downloaded app on phone then when I plugged the phone into mmi system it recognised the app and all the features came up like utube etc,hope this helps,your car looks great Dave
