  1. Sorry to hear of your problem I have an allroad and touch wood no problems with mine although I've never taken it off road. I think I've seen replacement metal ones for sale which allow adjustment in the ride height if wanted.
  2. I remember reading this on another forum . some of the replies suggest a leak. iirc ten years is an approx lifespan of the bags, My one is 2015 and sags over prolonged periods but not yet over night . https://www.vwaudiforum.co.uk/forum/showthread.php/180088-That-Sinking-Feeling-A6-Allroad-air-suspension-problems
  3. here is what mine looks like.
  4. I'll have a look tomorrow, it's not a hook for bags though .. I think there are hooks near the lights at the sides though
  5. this was posted on audisporr, which they said worked . I haven't watched it myself yet though.
  6. looks like there has been development into the activation now and it's a lot easier and now diy. Obviously still slightly risky that you could brick the mmi
  7. sorry for the late reply , have a look at the mrfix channel on youtube 👍
  8. I'm guessing those prices are for fitting of a hardware box to add carplay. It can be done just by software, it's a hack. The thread on a5oc had details of a guy who could activate it remotely if you plug a laptop into your car. I'm not sure but I think there is now a way of doing it by just plugging an sdcatd in which does it all. Not 100% on this though as I sort of lost interest in it. There are plenty of places that will do the software for you if you dont want to do either of those two methods though for a lot less than the hardware solution. Theree was something about the hardware so lotions which put me off them, others may be able to advise. Not sure on the rules of this forum re cracks/hacks etc hence tthe skirting around the topic somewhat.
  9. No harm in trying but as I said I don't believe they will, they will do it on newer cars for £300 iirc. Let me know if they say yes 👍 There are well tried unofficial methods though
  10. Agreed, unofficial options 😁
  11. The facelift was 2015, if assumed your car was, maybe yours isn't. Do you have two usb ports under the arm rest? Memory seats and rear aircon with vents in the b pillors and digital display in the rear? The power of at least some engines was increased as well e. G. My 3.0 tdi was - 240bhp and it went to 272
  12. Euro car parts sell them as do loads of tuning companies. I'm out of touch with the tuning scene but have a Google. I'd avoid audi full stop for disks and pads.
  13. I have a similar aged car and from memory audi will activate it for you if your car is newer than ours, I can't remember the exact year. Even though your car has all the required hardware auidi won't activate it. It'll have to be a crack, plenty of people have done it but I haven't risked it. There is a long thread on a5oc about it.
  14. I feel your pain, I do the same thing with the additional step of removing a plastic boot tray as well.
  15. I think you need to call audi to get yourself registered as the key holder, I did it with my 2015 a6, needed the log book from memory which they took a photo of remotely.
  16. Hiya, I have just had an advisory on these on my a6. Is it a big job to swap them? It's not a job I'd tackle myself but just wondering about rough costs.
  17. Holey socks 🤔🤔
  18. I'm paying £250, for a 3.0tdi, they wanted to charge me £320 but I got them to price match another dealer. This is at an audi dealer
  19. Mine is in next week for its 114k (38*3) stronic oil service, its independent of the normal service, not sure if is should have coincided with a normal service or not, I guess not if on long life service schedule.
  20. Hiya, I have an a6 with 20inch wheels with tyres with 5-6 mm and it does the same, really pulls when going through puddles. I just put it down to wider tyres than my last car.
