  1. Just looked at mine and it’s 4 1/2 J
  2. Sorry to hear that mate Here’s a few pics of mine in my boot
  3. Got the receipt from the jack and bracket but the price is from 2022 when I brought them ! Just remember to order the jack handle as it didn’t come with the jack
  4. I’ve had a all in service plan for the last four years , used it a couple of times on warranty with rear door locks that can go faulty and a brake pressure sensor but the rest I’ve done myself , rear spring mounts Audi wanted £600 and it cost my £50 and and afternoon , brake’s also all round
  5. I got may spare from the wheel shop and which was genuine looking at the part number the brought the jack from the dealer
  6. Oh and my mileage is 35k if anyone wanted to know ! The rears I could have left for another 5k but just did them anyway
  7. Hi Ended up doing disc’s the pads front and rear’s on my A6 C8 last month as I didn’t want to be doing them over winter before the MOT in March. Managed the get genuine front discs for £200 the pair but had to get the rears from the dealer , replaced all the caliper bolts too, reused the wear sensors too as the front were just about to touch but hadn’t so bonus saving a few more bucks in the end saved about £1000 doing the myself and not the dealer below a pic of the front pads with wear sensor , in my opinion it wasn’t worth waiting a few more months and working in the cold weather
  8. I got a spare wheel for the wheel shop it as about £160 and genuine Audi part
  9. Ive had a couple of things go wrong with my a6 between 3 and 5 years old and the dealer fixed them under the all in service plan warranty so I’ve taken it out again I few months ago it’s a no brainer Audi Adun take a look at ur rear spring mount rubbers mine were corroded by 4 years and needed replacing great out come on ur fault and repair
  10. Thats why ended up i changed them myself wasn't going to let the stealer have anymore of my cash then have to wait all day for the car. Changing my disc's and pads at the weekend as £1050 is a joke for them to change them,
  11. I have the all in warranty too but Derby Audi refused saying it was wear and tear.
  12. Has anyone managed to get on the Audi map update page lately ? Trying to update maps but doesn’t seem to be able to get on the page anymore it’s like it’s been removed
  13. Have you looked into having ur DPF washed out ?
  14. In the Audi’s workshop manual they specify max 2 mm wear on the discs , that’s only 1mm each side does seem a lot !
  15. Mark you see the plastic rivets on the lower arm I had a problem removing them so I ended up replacing them ! £10 for 4 , Job took me about 2.5 to 3 hours
