Battery drain in Audi A4 (B8) Forum Posted December 8, 2022 Hi Charlotte, I have the exact same issue, so this thread is very interesting. 08 Audi A4 - Does not like cold weather at all. - Constantly getting low battery warning. I charge it with a trickle charger when this happens. Usually fixes the issue. - Door lock issues. Driver side won't unlock. Passenger side won't open from the outside. - Over the last year, the car has died 3 times overnight. (All cold nights) - The mechanic checked the battery/alternator health. They were good. - Inside gets damp during cold weather. I can't wait for summer already!! Did you ever get to the bottom of it?
