  1. Got it fixed. Don't ask me what was wrong with it. I simply disconneceted the battery to check the wiring loom the guy on this forum was talking about, then reconnected it after seeing that nothing wrong with it and it was all working. Got esp light and power steering light but just did a full lock on both sides with the steering wheel and they went away. Thanks for the time you took to reply cliffcoggin, and also anyone else reading this topic. Hope your fix will be as simple as mine 🙂.
  2. I have a 2010 A3 1.2 tfsi. It was working fine two days ago. Yesterday I didn't drive anywhere. Today I get in to go for a drive and all of a sudden my dashboard wont light up. The radio, interior lights and everything else is working except the windows don't go down using the switch, but if I put my keys in the key slot on the door they function as should. When switching the key, engine starts, cuts off after two seconds, and then the starter keeps going until I remove the key. I've checked all the fuses and they are all fine. I tried scanning any codes and got the following: 06260: Valve for torque support bearing short circuit to positive 06068: No description 11830: No description 11003: No description 06093: No description 10444: No description Any idea what might cause this? Since all my fuses are good, I'm thinking a fox has eaten some cables since I don't have an undertray. Also, I did see a relavent topic posted on this forum page and they mentioned that there is a wiring loom by the battery tray that might get worn out from the way the battery is sitting. I haven't checked that one yet since It just happened and it's night, but I will do so in the morning and edit this post if that turns out to be the problem. Any help will be appreciated.
  3. Have posted on this forum about an induction kit that I saw a few months ago, now looking on buying only the cone air filter and a silicone vacuum hose and just replacing those in my audi a3 1.2 tfsi. Im looking to get the dump sound of the turbo so my question is if this is going to be a good budget solution? I found this air filter in amazon https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0779G92L9/ref=ewc_pr_img_1?smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&psc=1 from Ramair. Looking for other recomendation arround the same price £50, which I know aint much. Also If I end up buying this, should I remove the air filter housing completly or just the cap? If i choose to remove the air filter housing will I need a mounting bracket?
  4. So basicly Im in a tight budget and I want to get a blow off valve and an induction kit for my 2010 a3 1.2 tfsi. I found this really good deal for a forge set but I dont know if it will fit. I tried searching on google and youtube but no luck so I came to this place. Hopefully someone can guide me :). Attached is an image of the kit I want to buy and my engine bay.
