  1. Audi "all in" service plan has been discounted by 25%. Bought this last year for £30 PM, you can get it for £25PM. Car needs to be under 6yrs old, 2.0ltr or smaller and not more than 100k. My rear spring broke and was repaired with 2 days and was supplied a car during this process. Think it's a great insurance policy Search Audi All In
  2. I found a small 350mAh DJY Li-ion battery beside my passenger front seat. Doing some research there seems to be a similar type associated with an A4. Does anyone know anything about this. Were it come from, what is does, is it important. Thanks in advance
  3. My 2017 A4 1.4tfsi 57k was just serviced by the official Audi Dealer, no mention of Timing belt required. In Northern Ireland these is only 1 official dealer. They stated the in July 2023 a Service bulletin release on timing belt intervals. The 5yr timeframe has been removed and it's now mileage limited ie 80k for my model My advice would be to phone your local official Audi Dealer and see what they say.
  4. Thanks all for your comments. Will see what happens in 3500miles. If inspection light comes up I will reset this with my OBDII tool. Will continue to get car serviced every 12months, which is approx 7k miles
  5. Car has 56500 miles and I cover about 6000 miles per year I had purchased the car privately last Oct but purchased the "Audi all in" package separately ( included 2 X services and 2yrs warranty), thought £30 per month made good sense. Car was in last week for a broken rear coil spring (fixed under warranty) and the pending August service was done during this time. Next service states 700 days or 18500miles with inspection states 3500miles, which would be approx 6months time. The Car MOT is due in Nov, in Northern Ireland this is done by our local government run center which differs from GB What the difference between Service and inspection and should the schedule not be similar mileage / date?
  6. Just had my 2017 Audi A4 serviced at my local dealership. On checking that the service indicator was reset, I noticed it's mentioned next service due in 3500 miles. I was asked that the spark plugs and air filter was to be replaced and I said this is something that I will do . What are your thoughts, thanks in advance. Willie
