  1. Changed out the MAP and DPF sensors and cleared pipe work tonight with spares I had so will see what happens if anything. Hopefully haven’t stuck the old MAP on that had the intake temperature sensor issue
  2. Also air intake pipe from maf to engine has been changed. This was apparently collapsing under acceleration so changed some time ago
  3. I’m only using VCDS. i have changed the dpf sensors x 2 and the map sensor. Map sensor was changed as it wasn’t showing a correct internal air temperature reading many months ago.
  4. I am having running issues on my 2015 Audi a6 2.0 TDI avant 122,000 miles. 190ps ultra. Manual transmission. Car has been scanned with VCDD no DTC/fault codes or engine management lights. To explain: when I drive in 1st, 2nd and 3rd fully smooth through rev range whether I accelerate slowly or floor it. 4th is a bit intermittent until higher revs 3000+, 5th and 6th I get shaking and vibrating but also feels like it effects power. When I accelerate slowly at half throttle it’s not as bad or prominent but if I floor it in 5th/6th for acceleration anything about 1500 revs it’s a shudder acceleration (not like a flywheel failure) but more like you were going on and off throttle every second until revs increase. recently had wheel bearings changed and drive shafts so not related to that, tyres are new, intake to turbo pipe has been replaced, new air filter and no obvious blockages. MAF sensor showing as measuring correctly with no faults. It’s as if something is struggling (air/fuel) but no fault codes and I can’t get my head around it. any suggestions or advice?
  5. @Stevey Y hoping you maybe able to help please
  6. Took off air intake pipe today and where it connects to EGR/manifold/turbo unit I have seen some oil and debris/dirt build up. is this normal from the breather or should I be concerned? Air filter is in good shape and clean. 2015 Audi a6 c7 2.0 TDI with CNHA engine. thanks
  7. Hi I’ve just done a static regen on my 2015 A6 C7 2.0 TDI following which without issue. Showing some strange figures though. On completion it showed: - particle filter soot mass calculated 1.95g - particle filter soot mass actual -7.27g (negative reading) - oil ash volume 0.11L Should the actual mass value be a negative or minus figure?
  8. So I bought my 2015 A6 C7 in January 2022 with 50,000 miles. Bought it from a reputable main dealer (not Audi) and since purchase I’ve had the following issues: windscreen replaced/leaking, considerable ingress drivers upper right of screen into headlining - February 2022 New battery - April 2022 New throttle - February 2022 Dual mass flywheel/clutch failure and replacement - February 2022 Previously reported excessive vibration and gearstick shaking through manual gearbox (mounts all checked) - 3rd/4th/5th gear most obvious - august 2022 Jumped timing and timing belt water pump replaced - September 2022 Brake issues - sensor cables replaced. Originally replaced rear pads April 2022 but continued and ended up replacing brake sensor cables. Engine/gearbox mount inspection - august 2022 Gearbox/engine seals repaired/replaced - oil leak on top of gearbox - cleaned after repair - August 2023 Intercooler pipework resecured? - August 2023 Had the car back 1 week before it appeared to be running rough again and was taken back in on 14th august 2023 for 6 weeks. Currents issues: Turbo exhaust gas leaks under actuator with carbon deposits visible On occasion blowing smoke on acceleration Oil leak around cylinder head cover/pcv Can consume coolant regularly Still vibration in gearstick and squeaking when gear changing Vibration/juddering when driving - obvious on motorway in 5th/6th gear at 60mph plus car is going into Audi now on Tuesday 17th October for diagnostics so will be interested to see what they find! needs resolving asap. turbo issues:
  9. So I have nothing in the ashtray, centra cup holder or arm rest, have driven with glove box empty too and annoying noise still there - just in case anyone states the obvious and thinks I’m just stupid haha! All door pockets are empty as are the two trays under the seats. I’ve literally emptied everything out the car as well as removed the whole centre console including CD player and radio control and arm rest, mmi controls, gearstick etc and still cannot find this…. when I steer there and annoying noise that sounds like it’s coming from centre console or right behind the dash which sounds like a marble rolling side to side depending on which way I steer! For the life of me I can’t !Removed! find it. any help or suggestions…..I can’t think what else I can physically remove from the car to try and find it and nothing obvious ever been dropped into the vents
