  1. Big thank you to Gareth and big Dave , I have a far better idea of what to do now because of your respective help. Many thanks for your patience and advice . Kind regards Neil
  2. Hi , thanks for the info. I have a single cd in the dash and two slots for sd cards , one of which has an sd card in .( also a cd multichanger under the centre arm rest) So it looks like a new as card then . I take it it’s just a case of removing the existing card and replacing it with a new one? . Sorry for my ignorance but I’ve only just bought the car and I don’t have any owner manual and it’s all new to me. Your help is much appreciated . Regards Neil
  3. Thanks for the reply Gareth , the main issue is that my better half is not well travelled on the roads and as such could do with clear up to date instructions, whereas I’m familiar with most roads up and down the country. She has some trips planned to meet up with friends and family whilst I’m at work, so I was just trying to give her the best possible help. I will try Audi . Thanks again
  4. Hi , thanks for the welcome. Yes I’ve been searching but so far haven’t found a solution. This could be due to my lack of technical knowledge, but I really can’t seem to find the solution. Cheers
