  1. Hi, yes I have resolved this now, one of the drive shaft fitted at first was the wrong one, i changed it and car stopped vibrating now, also check to make sure exhaust is not touching body where it goes up to engine from gearbox
  2. Sorry, my b9 Audi got a vibration when pulling off, it vibrates at low revs and ok when driving, I’ve changed all the engine and gear box mounting, changed the DMF and taken it to a gearbox specialist that said it’s not the gearbox, he said it sounds like something touching the body, exhaust is clear from body and the engine mounts are good, I just can’t understand what it is, I did change the front drivers side drive shaft, how do you know if the wheel bearing is going, I’m at a loss and don’t know what to do ?
  3. Hi, my Audi got a vibration when I pull off and ok when driving, also when car is parked and in drive position with park brake on and you turn steering wheel the car will vibrate and you can also feel the vibration if you touch the wheels whilst the wheels are on full lock, I’ve changed the DMF and engine and gear box mounting, I don’t no if it is the differential or flange that goes in differential, the diff make no winding sound but the is a bit of play in the flange, any ideas ?
  4. Do you need to take the gearbox off to fix this problem or is it a is to do job ?
  5. Hi I have change all the 2 engine and gearbox mounting on my Audi a4 b9 automatic and garage have said it’s not the clutch or dual mass fly wheel, I did have the front drivers side driveshaft change, it car vibrates when pulling off and is ok on motorways, I have noticed if I leave it in gear and turn the steering wheel all the way left or right the you can feel vibrations when you put your hand on the tyres, anyone got any idea what it could be,many thanks
