Thanks Stevey, yes I do feel let down by the garage, supposedly Audi specialists, I'm going to see if I can find an alternative to do the flush. How difficult is this if I attempt to do it myself or is that not recommended?
I think the settings issues was that it showed an issue with 'Foot well flap motor' and couldn't re-set settings without it fixed first, but didn't think the motor is the issue.
will try the flush route, if that doesn't work maybe i get a replacement matrix. I assume the pollen filter on its own couldn't cause this? Not sure when it was last replaced to be honest
