  1. Hi Paul 👋 What does a TT Ultra have for a spec?
  2. Yeah I have that sound issue as well, love it to the detriment of my fuel economy. I'm prepared to put up with that, it's a fair exchange
  3. Looking good! The Rotas look really nice with the red. If it's anything like mine it will get dirty just by looking at it. Very nice car 👍
  4. Hi Brett! You came to the right place for information, lots of well informed friendly people here We also love pics 😉
  5. Eh... it's not good to be honest. Mid teens mostly but I've been off work for a while with a trapped nerve so all my driving has been short distances and round town. Saw 16.4mpg earlier today. I have seen low to mid 20's with longer drives with a best of 26mpg on the last drive home from work. Not terrible and fully expected. Full tank says 275 miles on the dash and its an 80 quid fill up from empty
  6. No problem mate, glad I could help out
  7. Hi Marius, it looks to me like you just need to replace a bulb or two to get things working again. I could be wrong, it wouldn't be the first time. I found this thread on Audiworld, if your problem gets worse it might be worth a check https://www.audiworld.com/forums/q7-mkii-discussion-211/audi-q7-2018-ambient-lightning-problem-3014417/
  8. Here is a link straight to the Q5 option: https://www.puddlelights.co.uk/product/audi-q5-puddle-lights/ Edit: it looks like they used a potato to take the picture but they're actually pretty crisp in appearance irl.
  9. Hi Alan, I have installed a set of puddle lights only a few weeks ago. I can't say if the official ones are worth it as i don't know how much they are. I bought mine from puddlelights.co.uk They were very very easy to fit , literally less than a minute each and they look awesome. Have a look here https://www.puddlelights.co.uk/category/audi-puddle-lights/ You should find what you are looking for and i can vouch on the easiness of install and how nice and bright and well defined they are. £30 delivered, can't go wrong if you ask me.
  10. Very nice!
  11. Hi, on the MMI the bar is solid if filled and is an empty box if there is no oil Edit: by box i mean an outline of a box as opposed to a filled in one
  12. Hi Patrick! I like the wheels, look pretty sweet ❤️ Edit to add: I like the rest of the car too btw
  13. 31mpg! thats awesome! I remember those days fondly...
  14. Thank you! I happen to agree very strongly with you
  15. Hi Kev , I really like the interiors on those. The exteriors too come to think of it. Whats the mpg like on that beast?
  16. Hi David , great choice! ps. we need pics...
  17. Hi Terry, I've had imports befor eand they were the most reliable cars i have had. Perhaps the two seconds of rattling you heard was just before the oil got all the way round due to the excessive cold?
  18. Hi Steven, you've made the right choice both in car and forum
  19. Hi Paul! Where are the pics? We love pics round here, i kmow i certainly do
  20. Hi Cate 👋
  21. Hi Bartek nice to meet you, lovely car you have there!
  22. It might need coded to the car believe it or not Calling @Sid2020 (don't mean to harass you, but your knowledge of this is far beyond my own and you're pretty active here)
  23. Had a quick search and found these: https://vwaudiparts.com/audi-a3-8v-mk3-sport-exhaust-tailpipe-trim-55mm-tip-genuine-accessory-8v0071904a-1088-p.asp https://www.audipartsdirect.co.uk/product/audi-exhaust-trim-double-black-chrome-8k0071761a If neither of those options suit you, I would give these guys a call: https://www.powerflowexhausts.co.uk/powerflow-westmidlands Hope this helps Chris
  24. They look pretty done in to me, time for some nice shiny new ones! These will clean up a bit but they will never be what they were, and probably not that shiny given the amount of corrosion/crap on them just now
  25. I've had a few Jap imports in my time MR2 turbo , GT4 etc. All were in exceptional condition and all had been unersealed on their arrival to a dealer. Never had an issue selling them on either, all parts are available and there was never an issue with things getting lost in translation due to a combination of most parts having English print on them somewhere and Google assistance. Haven't had an import for about 12 years now though. Oh, and they all had a high spec on them especially for the price. And the mileage....super low. The only exception i ever found to euro spec being better was on the twin turbo supra where the UK got full leather and bigger brakes plus about 50bhp extra. If i found a good vehicle imported i would not hesitate if the price was right. I always made sure the car was in the country so i could go inspect it first, i've heard a few horror stories from people who imported their own.
