  1. Hi Nick....welcome to the Forum Good to have you onboard Cheers, Trevor
  2. Hi Andrew....I think the best bet would be to take the pads out to see if any of them are sticking and causing the pad to drag on the disc. Resonance can be amplified if the pads have been fitted dry (e.g without any copperslip or similar).....won't take long to do if you were to whip it into a garage for them to look at.
  3. you have been accepted, Piotr and the car looks great :-)
  4. The forums will go on for many years to come as it is a better platform for discussion. Saying that though, Facebook is great for sharing photos and it won't be long before the forum will be able to incorporate both. This should sort the issue with picture uploading on here and it should keep all users happy :-)
  5. Audi most certainly have great adverts....long may they reign
  6. we'll save that for the mainstream poll later on
  7. I have taken a few washer reservoirs out of cars before (especially if they have been garaged up) and seen what I can only describe as Pond Life growing inside them...
  8. Hi Charlie...welcome to the Forum I would say that the two problems are connected and the only sure fired way to find out is to sort the ABS fault and see if the PAS problem drops off the radar. Can't see how the turbo overboost problem could affect the PAS though, unless you knocked something when you were working in the turbo area? Let us know how you get on with it all Cheers Trevor
  9. New Members - please read before posting ! Be civil Don’t post anything that a reasonable person would consider offensive, abusive, or hate speech. Avoid confrontational responses to post content that may be different to your own personal beliefs. Everyone has their own opinion on different matters and this provides for diversity, so please avoid an argument. Have a little patience We are a club made up of members who have to work days or nights so can’t always reply straight away, someone will get back to you as soon as they can, so please be bear with us. Thread titles Be accurate with your topic by giving a brief sentence of the problem, hint or tip you would like to get across to other members. These are not concrete terms with precise definitions — avoid even the appearance of any of these things. If you’re unsure, ask yourself whether you'd go on TV and publicly say it on camera. This is a public forum, and search engines index these discussions. Keep the language, links, and images safe for family and friends. Follow Up Please find the time to follow up your post with a conclusion (such as; that worked, tried that but didn't work, etc) so contributing members can see whether their advice and suggestions worked in this instance. You may receive an email asking you to add a conclusion to your post, please find the time to return to your post and marked it as solved.
