  1. Not sure if this is any good Bradley but I cross-referenced and came up with this link https://store.prestigemotorservices.co.uk/audi-a4-b7-17-alloy-wheel-centre-cap-brand-new-genuine-8e0601165m-item-118945.html
  2. That should be interesting...will look out for that!
  3. Sorry can't find anything specific but here is a link to internal trim parts for the A6 http://www.audiownersclub.com/parts-categories/A6-S6-RS6
  4. Hi Asa...welcome to the Forum If it needs a new oil cooler I would imagine it is damaged (stones flying up into it). You may be able to find a repairer to repair it or otherwise somewhere like Demon Tweeks who supply performance oil coolers for race cars may have something suitable at a more reasonable price. http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/motorsport/oil-coolers-accessories Let us know how you get on with this Cheers, Trevor
  5. Hi Antony.....welcome to the Forum Sounds like one of the auto adjustment linkages on the suspension has broken or dropped off. Here is a post by Darren rbdazza for his A4 but i'm sure it would be the same principle for the A7 adaption Let us know what you find, Cheers, Trevor
  6. Hi Andy...welcome to the Forum Firstly, a remap done properly and not too excessive shouldn't present any problems to the engine durability if it is up together, regarding maintenance, belts, etc. Here's a link to an article on a Tuning Box which is a safe option http://www.audiownersclub.com/news/reviews/club-reviews/product-reviews/electronic-engine-tuning-guide/ Cheers, Trevor
  7. Always wondered what would have produced if they made motorbikes but now that they own Ducati...watch this space!
  8. No problems with the posting in the wrong place, I will move it later to the A6 section of the forum as other members may only look in the A6 section and nowhere else. It certainly is a beautiful looking car, red really suits that shape. Maybe worth enquiring how much to reprogramme or find a VW Audi specialist who can do it cheaper.
  9. As Gareth has stated, there are cleaners available that are like a smoke grenade that you let off inside the car with the windows closed and the air con on full (recirculation mode) for a few minutes...it then gets all around the pipework and kills of bugs and stuff (sorry, not a biologist) that create the smell.
  10. Hi Matthew....welcome to the Forum It sounds like a coolant temperature sensor or the connection to it. Worth checking the live data for the sensor and see if it fluctuates....worse case scenario, replace it to eliminate it....there not too expensive! Let us know how you get on with this problem Cheers Trevor
  11. Hi Liam....welcome to the Forum Have you got any photos of your Audi that you would like to post up? Cheers, Trevor
  12. Hi M0N3Y...welcome to the Forum Pop up some piccies of your new toy when you get it Cheers, Trevor
  13. Hi Phil...welcome to the Forum Great looking car, shame about the flywheel episode but at least you've got over it now. Cheers Trevor
  14. Hi Bevo...welcome to the Forum Cheers, Trevor
  15. I'm sure the chrome strip will come out but worth asking a body shop if they know where to source replacements from
  16. Hi Tony...welcome to the Forum Not the expert on MMI but there is some information in the Guides section of the forum and also the Technical section as well. Possibly you have to hold the button for a prolonged period (10 seconds on the Honda's) otherwise, maybe the function has been deleted out of your car. The sensors may be physically there but not programmed in....otherwise they may be covers for install at a later date. Sorry, these may be guesses but if anyone knows better, please jump in Cheers Trevor
  17. Did you find out if it has got them?
  18. Hi David....welcome to the Forum Q7 - beautiful car, and not jealous at all (mutters quietly to himself!) Cheers Trevor
  19. sorry Bradley, not sure....if they're cheap enough, get both just in case
  20. Onto the turbo cleaner solution or Terraclean then....that should sort it
  21. Hi Ian...welcome to the Forum Welcome also to the wonderful world of Audi Cheers Trevor
  22. I doubt if it is a faulty injector but if it is anything like a diesel injector with seals, then it maybe a case of an injector not being seated / sealed correctly (if removed) when refitted?
  23. sorry, should have noticed that! Would definitely look at the Coolant Temperature Sensor readings then and also the connection going to the sensor
  24. Wouldn't even hazzard a guess without running a scan on the ECU first. Could be a range of things causing the poor running fault
  25. The clips are there to retain the deflectors while they bond but I left mine in there but did notice they would pop out and disappear after a while. But if you put the windows up, they should retain them in position. Just make sure the door/window frame area is not full of gunge and they should bond nicely
