  8. I agree with Darren...VagCom is much better than ordinary OBD code reading as you can real live data, functions and much more
  9. The stickers are external ones...so probably wouldn't put them on the roll down side windows (possibly may fade/peel them?)

  11. I suppose the only other enhancement from standard if towing heavy loads on long journeys would be a transmission cooler (not sure whether Audi produce a larger cooler as such) but this would definitely preserve the life of the automatic transmission.
  12. be good to see some pics of it to see if its Original Equipment fit
  13. Hi...welcome to the Forum There are a few for sale on eBay but I think you will need to activate the system (if not already) to read the disc Here is a link to some bits & pieces http://www.ebay.co.uk/dsc/Vehicle-Parts-Accessories/131090/i.html?LH_TitleDesc=1&_ddo=1&_ipg=100&_os=PS|D&clk_rvr_id=1162308106438&lgeo=1&rmvSB=true&_nkw=Audi+A8+S8+sat-nav-disc&_pgn=1 Cheers Trevor
  14. Not sure if it conflicts with any race meetings/shows I attend but otherwise, yes...it should be a great show (especially if the sun shines throughout the weekend) I have contacted the organisers and asked for a Club stand area there (depending on how many members are interested in going) so will post up anything I receive back from them. Watch this space !
  15. You could look at later style headlamps (see link) http://www.audiownersclub.com/parts-results/A4-S4-RS4/Headlight-Assemblies/44240 and a selection of rear lamps to choose from http://www.audiownersclub.com/parts-results/A4-S4-RS4/Rear-Light-Assemblies/44262
  16. Here are the results from the Survey http://www.drivn.co.uk/tyre-brand-survey/

  18. Hopefully there will eventually be regional meetings taking place over the various areas of the country for all to participate in. Not many meetings South of where I live though :-(
  19. Anyone planning to go to this event? http://www.audisinthepark.co.uk/ We do intend to have a club stand at the event but ideally we need 12 cars minimum. We also have a club banner for the event. Attendees will be able to have a FREE Audisownersclub.com t-shirt and FREE club stickers for those who need them. Just like VAG Tuner Live Steve q will be bringing along chocolates and drinks for members to enjoy. As well as brining some folding chairs. Please reply in the audis in the park attendees list topic if and when you've bought your ticket and what t-shirt size you require. If you have any questions about the show then feel free to post them here :)
  20. Hi Jason...welcome to the Forum It's usually water ingress on the VAG cars leaking onto the latch microswitch....you need to sort the leak and clean out the electrics. Worth also checking the wiring into the tailgate but I haven't known it to happen on VAG, every other car though, lol Cheers Trevor
  21. Hi Alan...welcome to the Forum I think the LandCruiser is going to be a tough one to follow....especially when it comes to towing capabilities. The Q7 is an awesome car but not entirely sure about how it will cope with towing and I would also imagine there are larger radiators, waterless coolant and extra fans that you could fit. Keep us updated on how your decision goes Cheers Trevor
  22. Hi Stuart...welcome to the Forum welcome also to the wonderful world of Audi Cheers Trevor
  23. Will put that on my shopping list, thanks Stu
