Apologies to any newly signed up members for the delay in approving your membership to the forums. Since we recently had a spate of spammers from China determined to sell everyone a fake passport or degree, we have had to manually approve each new membership. Hi....welcome to the Forum It sounds like it could be the coolant pressure cap not holding pressure. When they carried out a pressure test of the cooling system, did they pressure test the cap aswell? Let us know what you find

We have now updated the software to the latest spec so this should eradicate the spammers....fingers crossed

It sounds very much like poor earth connections to blame. Firstly check the battery earth connection for corrosion and ensure the terminal is tight. Secondly check the earth distribution points in the boot area and ensure they are tight and free from corrosion
