  1. I do recall the OE running board kit being of superb quality and incredibly weighty so should last for years
  2. Hi SunniD I fitted some running boards to a Q5 last year and they came from 4x4 Direct. They were an absolute pig to fit but came with video and written instructions which helped tremendously but still involved quite a bit of work to fit them so not a job I would recommend without a ramp at least. Cheers, Trevor

  11. An opportunity to run your car on the Dyno The cost will be £40.00 each (perhaps a Christmas present?) There are also plenty of places to grab a cuppa/beer afterwards in Farnborough. This place has been chosen as it seems central for most people in the south. Those interested, please let @Southampton Graham know as soon as possible

  18. Never heard of that one before...I know a lot of manufacturers share engines but not heard of a tie-up between Saab/Vauxhall and Audi
  19. Hi Mat There is an interesting post in the thread underneath yours about how to access and replace the battery on a Q7. As for coding, it would be necessary to recode the battery to the vehicle so that the system knows the capacity and voltage levels, etc for the alternator loading. If you are taking the vehicle into a battery replacement centre then they should be able to carry out this coding, but check first. Let us know how you get on with it Cheers Trevor
  20. nice!!!!!! No, rephrase that.....Very Nice !!!!!!!
  21. Chances are it could be something as simple as a sensor and I know that the connector going to the CTS is prone to broken wires into the plug
