Hi I should mention I am in UK driving imported Japanese Audi not in Japan trying to get stations in Japan initial post may have confused my question

Hi I've tried manual tuning and auto seek only on FM band and only range is 79 - 90 MHz so I'm bit baffled

Hi I have just bought an Audi Q3 Quattro 2014 Japanese import radio frequency only ranged from 79MHz to 90MHz does anyone know if I buy a new stereo head unit will it open up the frequency so I can get stations here in UK. I have seen one from a European car Many thanks
