  1. Thanks for the swift reply. I did a bit of digging on the part that you replaced and it looks like that isn't compatible with my motor. Instead my turbo has a vacuum type pressure valve which looks to be a fairly easy (and cheap) fix. I'm going to give this a try before going to the specialist. With a bit of luck, this will solve it. It's either between this or the pressure sensor, again, a cheap part to buy so I've ordered both. Let's see how it goes.
  2. Hi all, I know this is an older thread but just looking for some advice. I have a 2010 Audi A3 and I have the same flashing coil light. The error code on my basic reader is P00AF and also P2563 "turbocharger boost control position sensor A circuit". From what I can gather, I suspect I may have the same problem as the original author of the thread. I have it booked in with a VAG specialist this week. Any tips on how not to be fobbed off and ideas on costs would be much appreciated.
