It could be a number of things to be honest. From injectors, to sensors etc.
Have you tried plugging it in to check for fault codes?
Also, have you tried using a fuel treatment such as millers diesel ecomax first to see if that makes any difference?
Hi Everyone,
Just a quick note to say big apologies for the outage of the club last night.
We encountered a major technical database issue which has also cause some loss of data (a few days worth)

Hi,
I would think the car would be set to long life service intervals with long life oil in use. Normal oil will not maintain its quality for the amount of time that Audi need it to so the oil is designed to slowly burn off and the car can be kept topped up with relatively fresh oil (or at least partially). Not sure on the discrepancy with the days but I would normally recommend an oil change at least once a year regardless of what the manufacturer says or how many miles it's done. I would say regular oil changes are the single most important aspect of car maintenance.
Hi Alan welcome to the club! :) The 3.0 TDI is a great engine especially with a map, the torque is immense! Which map did you get?
Pop some pictures of your car up when you can!
If it is climate control then it could be a flap motor that has failed. May be worth checking out. I don't think these are too expensive to replace either.
Welcome to the club by the way! :)
If your're only doing a couple of miles per trip then I would say the petrol version would be the one to get. Don't forget most of the time the petrol versions are cheaper so you will either be able to save a bit of money or get a better specification car for the same price. Always a bonus :)
30% does seem like a considerable difference. That's strange that it has no way of keeping the fan on the windscreen. I was going to say that some cars I have seen automatically turn on the air con when you point the fan at the windscreen but obviously this can't be the problem for you. :(
