  1. Personally I'd put my money into getting a proper remap, one that sets up your car, buying a pre remapped ecu it's only a generic remap, it can't be that good for the car when the remappers haven't put your car on a computer, whatever your going to pay for it be sure to set some more aside for the possibility of things going wrong, Keep your money and go get a proper remap in my opinion
  2. This is what is happening between Dublin and belfast this weekend, the gumball 3000, but take a look at the link to see what the audi finishes off like, Unreal
  3. Just a wild one but while the car is switched off pump the brake pedal to see if it builds up pressure, then when or if the pressure is built, push the pedal while starting the car to see if the pressure goes down again, this'll tell you the servo is at least doing what it's meant too, Have you completely drained the system or only part of it when the part was replaced,
  4. How's things and hello to you, welcome to the club First thing I'd check is the switch behind the brake pedal, make sure it's not stuck on, if it is its fairley cheap and easy to fix
  5. this is a window wiper stalk and indicator stalk on a steering wheel angle sensor with the quick release for the stalks, this is one for a saloon with no rear wiper, all in perfect working order, can post at the buyers cost £20 plus postage

  10. I know it's a long shot but have you tried online scrappies to see if you could locate one, failing that you might have to go to German, Polish, Lithuanian websites to find one
  11. Welcome to the club and sorry to hear of the problem with the doors, have you or do you know someone with vcds/vagcom to see if it gives any indication as to why the doors won't unlock, it might point you in the right direction When you press the keyfob to unlock the doors can you hear the mechanisms trying to work on the passenger doors, I had a broken wire on the front passenger door that would work randomly, while fixing the wire I shorted it and it stopped the rear door working properly, not sure why to be honest, but when I got the front wiring sorted out, the front door worked fine, ended up having to get a locking mechanism for the back, not saying it's the same, but the wiring in the doors seems to be a common problem,
  12. Just make sure the part number including the last letter are the same, different letters indicate different features, some have extra pins some have less depending on the spec of the vehicle
  13. Welcome to AOC, there's definitely some difference in an auto, makes driving so much easier, but I still prefer a manual to get the true feel of car and it's power on the road, nice all the same
