New tyres
Generally it is better to have the best tyres on the front where all the steering and most of the braking happens.

Audi a6 blowing
The only hole I see next to the stud is the square exhaust port. Assuming you don't mean that, then a better picture is needed.

what is this noise?
Good question Kevin. Do you have an answer for us Hayley?

A4 2.5tdi high pressure fuel pump/edc
I have not used them myself, but some folk here recommend Parts In Motion.

1.6tdi - running well but takes a while to start from cold
The lack of a low battery warning means nothing. You could probably measure a voltage of 12 volts but that also means nothing. You could get the battery professionally tested to reveal internal defects, but at 12 years old it undoubtedly needs to be renewed. The new battery will certainly need coding to the car, which can be done if you have a professional quality code reader, or a suitably equipped garage can do it. It is quite possible the "check engine" light is a result of the dying battery, which can also cause other apparently unrelated electrical faults.

1.6tdi - running well but takes a while to start from cold
The battery is dying, and to honest it's a miracle it is not completely dead. A failing battery may well crank the starter motor, but its power supply will not be stable enough to operate the delicate ignition electronics. Five years is all most batteries can be relied upon.

Q5 Door opening Lights Not Working.
If you believe, or merely suspect, a fault take it back to the dealer for free rectification. An interior light may be a minor problem but if it leads to a flat battery it will become a much bigger problem.

2009 2.0 Tdi 170hp White smoke @ 2750rpm
There are plenty of forum topics Darren referring to white smoke. Search them out and you will discover the main cause on a diesel is water leaking from EGR cooler into engine. Blue smoke usually means oil is burning. so test the compressions as a first step.

S6 C8 2024 - Optional insulated windshield
That's unfortunate. In Britain there are similar devices for things like the Dartford Tunnel and Bridge, but I have not read of any problems using them. I know Portugal also has similar toll devices for its motorways, but again I have not read of problems using them.

Gearbox oil?
An internet search for Smith and Allen Ltd. worked for me. Have you tried?

Help
Thanks. Engine speed is more useful information than road speed. 1500 rpm should be OK so I'd agree it needs looking into as Steve suggests.
-
Help
The engine speed at 40 mph in 5th gear must be fairly low. If that engine speed is less than about 1200 rpm you may be expecting too much of the engine under load.

Help
What speed limit are you referring to when the juddering occurs Phil? Can you confirm it is manual transmission?

Glad to read you have solved it. EGR valve blockages are a common problem.

Gearbox on A5
Is this cowboy going to refund the £1500 you paid him? I suggest you find a gearbox specialist in your area rather than an Audi dealer.

Air suspension compressors keeps burning out
My guess is that the compressor is running non-stop because of something like a faulty control system or an air leak is constantly calling it for it to run. I suggest getting it scanned for error codes.

Child proof lock fault
It would be worth looking inside the door for damaged wires, which sometimes happens in the rubber bellows connecting door to frame.

Engine Operating Temp
How many times does it have to be repeated Kev? You need a new thermostat. The increased fuel costs as a result of running cool for several weeks could have off set some the cost of having the job done at a garage. Do you have money to burn?

Issue with auto wipers
I'd guess the rain sensor has either been damaged or is not contacting the glass properly. Best call Autoglass.

Black box under car
You've destoyed my illusions Steve. I was imagining a secret drug smuggling compartment, but I have to admit your explanation is far more likely.

Black box under car
I don't believe it can be Audi equipment. The fancy perforations in the metal sheet and flimsy securing straps suggest it has been cobbled together by an owner. Whether the purpose is innocent or nefarious I have no idea.

Glow Plug Warning & Codes
That's good advice Steve, and not something that would have occurred to me. Dealers in worn out cars may not like it, but ultimately it would benefit both buyers and vendors by building mutual trust.
