  1. Hi Dan I haven't yet got down to doing my set up (lowering) but i was going for coilovers as they give a good low but not really low depending on what ones you go for and the 19 inch wheels would look very nice! what colour? also I have a stock twin down pipe but If i was to get a aftermarket exhaust I don't know how it would sound, but on yours an aftermarket would sound really nice!, thought of a decat? I can imagine it would work on your B7 ;) Regards Bradley
  2. Hi Raja Congratulations! once picked up I hope you enjoy it for a very long time! you made a great choice, I love the A7, the sloped back is my favorite part of the design makes it look sleek and more lowerd :) Can't wait for some pictures! :)
  3. No problem Anand, look forward to seeing the progress with the issue.
  4. Well you have a great looking car inside and out :) as long as it suits your needs then that's great! but indeed it does pretty much include everything lol
  5. Hi Anand I'm unfamiliar with this issue, but I'd get a diagnostic on it so it shows any errors or faults. Regards Bradley
  6. Hi Simon Welcome to the forum! Wow what a beautiful looking A6 it is indeed! does it have all the extra little goodies in it also? great to have you on board! Regards Bradley
  7. T This was the other thing me and the guy both said it could be as well, very frustrating, a lot of money going into this car, yet again it's 16/17 years old now so needs a bit of love and care :)
  8. Agreed :)
  9. This was exactly me when I first bought it lol I did though definitely feel the change and not it's more for peace of mind that it's keeping my engine cleaner and in good condition ;)
  10. Yup, they have enticed enough people now that when they start paying road tax they will have millions more come in now. Think they had this planned for a long time!
  11. Hi all, I want to know what you've done to improve your engine that be upgrades (Air filter ect) or things such and changing fuel or have an engine clean? On my 104k Audi A4 b5 1.9TDi I have changed from Esso fuel and sometimes supermarket fuel to Shell V+ about 7 months ago, what a difference now! I Don't use anything different now, also had a carbon clean which helped dramatically also.
  12. Exactly but they see it as loosing money because more people are going to be buying hybrids and one day almost everyone will have a hybrid or electric car , the government see it as a way of getting more money, well, that's what it comes across to me. :/
  13. Hi all I had my Clutch and flywheel changed last month, because my one had totally gone (severe judder) I took my car to a trusted German car (more Audi) Specialist who is also a clutch specialist as for many other things that he is. So to cut a long story short even with a new clutch and flywheel it still judders not as aggressively but still judders on take offs and there is a bit of a clunking sound. He's had a look and says the clutch is fine and more likely to be the gearbox but hes changing the clutch and flywheel for me on Friday under warranty , fingers crossed. (All parts are OEM) Any thoughts? do you agree on his outcome?
  14. Hi Jamie Good to hear the issue is getting fixed and all going well, like I said it has been very wet and frosty out lately so probably been affecting it, keep me up to date to see what the actually issue was, then again the microswitch on the boot lock sounds promising. Very annoying issue though ;( Regards Bradley
  15. Hi Dan Welcome to the forum! Great car choice for your first Audi, I'd say when it comes to modding lowering it would make it look very nice, new alloys ect :) how crazy do you want to go with the modding? boy racer or subtle? Regards Bradley
  16. Hi Clifford That's totally understandable! Safety first at all times no compromise :) How about this website http://www.micksgarage.com/ http://www.bestpartstore.co.uk/audi Hope this helps, just trying to help as much as I can. Regards Bradley

  19. Hi Ady Welcome to the forum, if you are wanting to find out more about this issue, go to the A4 part of the forum and post your question there, it will hopefully be seen by more people with the knowledge you need ;) Or go to this part of the Forum http://www.audiownersclub.com/forums/forum/38-audi-audio-video-electronics-security/ Regards Bradley
  20. Hi Adie That's a big price for service, have you tried looking for Audi Specialists in your area? Also looking on the Audi Website this is all I could find which may be the cost added onto a normal service (See picture) Just this is £225, so adding the £225 onto the original price might be the reason but the high cost. Hope this helps and keep us updated :) Regards Bradley
  21. I agree, get the 2011 model :) also you can always get a sline one day, never say never ;) Keep us updated on whats happening I'd be very keen on seeing a few more pics and your thoughts on it too! Regards Bradley
  22. Hi Jamie Sorry for the late reply, because this was 15 hours ago has anything else happend in this time? also if the seal around the boot has corroded and water (it also being freezing temperature out) is going onto the wires and coursing the alarm to go off. The Warning light might also be due to the wiring issue too. this has been an issue for the A4 (like mine B5 2000 plate) but wasn't aware of this happening on a newer model. Keep us up to date with whats happening, be interesting to see what the issue was. thanks Bradley
  23. Hi AnShiv Welcome to the forum! Great ride! Regards Bradley
  24. Okay, Like the picture shows really, I'm afraid I cant help with much more than that as I'm not 100% on the issue and don't want to be giving out wrong information, but I hope what is happening gets fixed soon. Hopefully someone with more knowledge can help you out soon. Keep us up to date Stevee ;)
  25. Hi Stevee Is it white white or white blue? could be a cracked head gasket or oil burning too much. does it still smoke when the engine is warm? Regards Bradley
