  1. The garage could be right.
  2. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. This can be done at a normal garage or independent specialist rather than Audi.
  3. No probs, was just giving you the info regarding mapping it out. I do appreciate the complexity of having the taxi licence. I'd recommend you source the pats second hand from eBay including international sellers if possible.
  4. Aren't they on the end sides of the dash? If not the fuse, I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. I wouldnt be surprised if it's the amp.
  5. Wowzers!
  6. Mapping it out is in theory a no no as it's now illegal to modify or tamper with emissions systems. So would be an MOT failure and fine if caught. However, as long as there's no warning lights on the dash and system is still fitted then there's not much more MOT tester can do as it's a visual inspection. If that makes sense.
  7. According to this it'll take 4 litres. However there's two parts of the gearbox that take 2 different types of oil. https://www.audiworld.com/forums/a4-b9-platform-discussion-212/b9-transmission-fluid-change-no-3033044/
  8. Fingers crossed that scenario is slim 🤞
  9. Thanks for letting owners know 🙂
  10. You got it booked in?
  11. Thanks for the info 🙂
  12. Sorry to hear of your situation, this is very poor by Audi. If it were mine I'd be sourcing second hand parts of the ad blue system to stick pile them.
  13. Did it start happening after timing belt change? If so, could the timing be out ever so slightly
  14. I doubt it.
  15. The fuel pump is a known issue. The only fix seems to be to replace the pump
  16. How old is the turbo?
  17. Good question. Have you spoken to the garage that did the work to the heater matrix
  18. Might just be a waiting game
  19. Have you lost any other functions? Is it similar to a comfort control module I wonder?
  20. Have you tried eBay Including international sellers.
  21. Any b8 avant doors should fit 🙂
  22. Boost leaks can come from where the clips join the rubber hoses on to the turbo etc. As under pressure it can cause the air to escape. If that makes sense. In failing that, what make was the turbo. I ask as some cheap turbos are known to fail quite early.
  23. Have you checked for air in the system?
  24. It can be removed and cleaned that way.
  25. I'm sure it can. I'd recommend you speak to autologics or Audi retrofits as members have used them for retrofits and been happy with the results
