  1. No probs. In failing that you could join st fit the beam adjustment stickers
  2. Glad you got sorted 🙂
  3. Here's a list of the A6 spring codes which I felt might be useful: 1BA - Standard 1BB - Heavy duty 20mm higher 1BC - Special purpose 1BD - S6 1BE - Sport 1BG - Suspension with level control system. 1BH - USA spec 1BJ - a6 with light armour 1BP - Heavy duty but same height as 1BA with limited bump stop. Potentially for rough terrain. 1BT - heavy duty 7mm higher
  4. I'd recommend a diagnostic check. If you've bought it from a dealer within the last 30 days then you're entitled to a full refund or for the garage to fix the issue FOC.
  5. If you bought it from a dealer then you have 30 days for a full refund or for the garage to fix it FOC.
  6. I think there might be settings in the mmi or a switch on the back of the headlights to adjust for European driving.
  7. Hi Derek the easiest thing would be to follow the wiring and disconnecting the wiring in the boot.
  8. Yea thats right. Different stalk and coding.
  9. They want you to scrap the car so you buy a new one. I'm in the same boat with my 02 A6. Having to buy parts from eBay even if it eBay worldwide.
  10. You have 30 days to return it for a full refund. I'd recommend another garage opinion for evidence of the issue.
  11. Hmm interesting. Might be worth getting the system flushed first for sure.
  12. As promised, I found it under the TT section but the principle will be the same.
  13. Yep I think they're different
  14. Id recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. You could also speak to an auto electrican. You might find the cheapest option is changing the system for an aftermarket one.
  15. Dpf delete won't increase your mpg that much if at all. If the car is being used for town driving only then this is probably the reason for the low mpg.
  16. Glad you got sorted. Sorry non of us could come up with suggestions. The system clearly was having a grump
  17. You can do, the blanking plates are cheap enough. However you'll probably find you'll end up with an eml on and then will need a remap. Alternatively you can just get a remap that deletes the egr that way if that makes sense. Make sure the remap you use is a rolling road one though. Not a plug in one.
  18. I'd recommend an auto electrican to take a look at the wiring for any breaks or corrosion. Alternatively I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. It could be the drivers door lock module but this should come up on a diagnostic check
