As it's a 2.5tdi it could be a leaking egr. These have been known to leak oil into the coolant system.

I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. Could be an issue with the turbo, maf, gearbox module etc.

Could it be an issue with the mad sensor, cam sensor or injector

If battery is in engine bay then the drains for the battery location could be blocked. First thing I'd do is remove the skuttle panel near the bulkhead to see if you can see any trapped leaves etc. It's the black plastic with vents either side. https://www.audi-sport.net/xf/threads/342829/

I'd recommend you try eBay including international sellers. Just put in the Audi and the gearbox code to see what comes up.

Keep us posted on how you get on. I fail to see how a particular paint colour would affect the radar and sensors.

Yea it can affect the others as drivers one controls the others. Maybe it's slightly seized so might be worth having a lock at the road etc.

In Europe vag get away with everything compared to the US.

It could be an issue with the hose itself letting additional air in where it joins. Under load the additional air could be being drawn through due to the pipe not being as tight due to age.

Think it will need coding I'd using the amp. The speakers should be just plug and play in theory

You could, contact an auto electrican to try and code it out.

Wowzers. Sorry to hear of this situation. Glad Audi are fitting the highest bill. They should be covering that other bill too

Have you done a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up? Might be easier to source a second hand unit.

I'd definitely recommend changing the switch.

I'd speak to an auto electrican or Audi independent garage.
