  1. Audi have definitely cut down on the options over the last few years. I suspect it's to cut production costs
  2. Changing tyre brands is the first port of call unfortunately
  3. You might find the rear washer hose has come loose. You'll have to remove the tailgate trim to look.
  4. I've just got the basic. Good you can do it with the pro.
  5. No probs.
  6. In that case I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up
  7. It's known as an UK supplied issue. Not just with q7. Q3 also affected. They probably can be retrofitted but it won't be cheap. Speak to autologics about this. Bare in mind this will void your warranty

    UK spec

Might be worth speaking to Audi UK. You have 30 days from point of smaller to return the car for a full refund if you're not satisfied.
  9. Was the garage a towbar specialist? I wouldn't be surprised if the towbar has to be coded to the car.
  10. I don't think you can with ob11. You could always try an independent Audi specialist. If the dpf is too clogged then you might find you'll need the dpf to be cleaned out of replaced.
  11. What's the cure? A replacement sensor?
  12. Launch editions often have more toys to attract interest.
  13. Ha e tiu got a pic of the warning light?
  14. It could be the sensor. If recommend getting an auto electrican to take a look.
  15. Is the key in the right place? I'd be interested to see what adapter you e gone for.
  16. Did the AA so any diagnostic checks? Could it be a fuel pump issue trying to get fuel through?
  17. The drivers door lock mechanism controls the whole central locking. This could be the issue. Could also be the key receiver.
  18. That's good then 🙂
  19. P0304 is misfire on cylinder 4 P12A2 is fuel rail pressure sensor inappropriately high. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.engine-codes.com/p12a2_audi.html
  20. Any pics? I'm assuming they've been added by a previous owner?
  21. Sorry to hear you've lost interest. It can often happen when lots of faults occur in a short time. I had that with a Volvo 940.
  22. Have a look.on.the Celtic tuning website as there's a configurator that allows you to see the increase fuel savings for your specific model.
  23. Make sure all electrical items work and ac. Has the gearbox been serviced? Has the quattro system been serviced? Are the tyres the same brand and tread on each axle as uneven tyre wear or mismatched tyres can damage the quattro system. I'd also recommend you check out buyers guides on YouTube as they'll help. high mileage cars can be reliable if looked after. My A6 is on 344k miles, has been owned by my family from new and is over services if anything. I'm a stickler for maintenance though.
  24. That's not good. Should definitely be covered under warranty. What was there excuse for it not being covered?
  25. I think you'll definitely need to get the lights coded. Along with ballast boxes and modules.
