I'd recommend you speak to Audi to get a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. If it's not an issue with the car then it's an issue with the charger.
  2. Sure the connectors will be the same but light might be a different shape.
  3. That's right. Dealers register the car once it arrives as it has to go through an inspection
  4. Do you tow with the vehicle? Is it parked on a hill over night etc.
  5. Could it be an issue with an injector, cam sensor, dpf or egr.
  6. Please keep us posted on how you get on
  7. Sorry to hear that.
  8. Could it be an issue with the comfort control module which should be situated on the passenger side floor under the carpet. Especially if carpet has gotten wet.
  9. Might be connected. I know the gearbox module can fail as a worse case scenario
  10. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up
  11. Yep could be power steering fluid. What colour and smell is the fluid.
  12. Definitely look for second hand units. I'm shocked they both failed at the same time
  13. Very nice. Great spec and great mmi level 🙂
  14. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 yep about a year lead time
  15. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 look forward to seeing some pics to help identify it but I'm sure it's a b7.
  16. Does sound more mechanical than electrical but you could get as diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. When was the gearbox last serviced? If it's the torque converter or clutch I'd get this sorted asap.
  17. Halogen will be h7 I think. But I'd suspect it's a bi xenon though.
  18. If you can dry the connectors and run off any corrosion then you should be ok.
  19. Glad you got sorted and it was a simple fix 🙂
  20. Fingers crossed for you
  21. I'm sure it's just clipped on. Whereas the one on the door itself is bonded to the car.
  22. There's different specs of mmi some that have Bluetooth, some that don't, etc.

    Yep could be engine mounts
  24. I'm not sure why to be honest but I'd suspect it's based on the engine outputs. One key thing to think is do you want one with 5,6 or 7 seats. Tech packs are very useful Check the mmi on the vehicle. As higher the better. Check service history. Mainly for proof of gearbox oil services and if it's had any work done the air suspension as that's the biggest problem with them.
  25. Yep needs the code. Should be In the service book/manual. Or if you contact certain eBay sellers that can get you the code off your radio serial number
