  1. Wowzers. Definitely. Genuine or nothing when it comes to tools.
  2. Powerflow exhausts are good my brother and friends have used them and you can choose the exhaust note.
  3. Ah I'm jealous! I love the Highlands! Are you doing the nc500?
  4. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 nice looking car 🙂 you'd be more than welcome to come along to the shows with us. Our next show is Das Auto show at Santa Pod this Sunday.
  5. I'd say so.
  6. If you got it on finance speak to the finance company telling them it's not fit for purpose. But if Audi can't find the fault then you're in a catch 22.
  7. If it's anything like my A6 you have to get one that's got the exact same part number including letters.
  8. Might be easier getting this wiring harness: http://vagtec.co.uk/eshop/audi/a1/a1-8x/fog-light-wiring-harness-audi-a1-8x.html
  9. Could be the antenna, the module or the mmi unit itself. My advice would be to get a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up.
  10. I've not personally. But you've got me wondering what condition my bushes are in. 😬
  11. I think it'll need removing. You changing both sides?
  12. How'd you get on with this? Any update?
  13. It's mad to be honest
  14. It would need coding and fitting professionally. I'd recommend you'd speak to a retrofitted such as autologics. Think you'd be looking £600-1000 to have it fitted. You'd be better off getting an A3 that has it fitted already.
  15. A week to go until this show, who's coming?
  16. There was a time chains on the whole lasted for life! They've cheapened them deliberately so they have to be changed like a Cambelt in my opinion.
  17. Shocking the way these parts suppliers act it really is!
  18. Diagnostic check is recommended. You could always upgrade the sub, amp and speakers.
  19. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂
  20. W12 is reliable and smooth but very thirsty.
  21. Lol. You knew what I meant 😂 could always consider trekking style bags 😉
  22. If most are in town then I think you'd be better with petrol to be honest. Regardless of engine make sure the gearbox has been serviced on time and that the tyres match/say tread as uneven tyre wear can damage the quattro system.
  23. Definitely useful bad a reference point 🙂
  24. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes are stored regarding the start up issue. Sounds like it might not have been running on all cylinders maybe? Regarding air suspension is think level 2 is standard. Wouldn't 1 bar be dynamic and 3-4 off road etc.
  25. The question what s, how many miles do you do a year and what kind of miles. If it's low miles mainly around town then avoid diesel as you'll just end up with blocked egr or dpfs.
