High Pressure Diesel Pump Coding ?
Is it a new pump or second hand one? Either way if it's not the original pump then it'll need coding. If it's anything like my older A6 the injection pump is linked in with the imobiliser so needs a professional

Radio
I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. It could be a simple wiring issue or worst case scenario a faulty head unit.

Q2
Q2 is just a raised up A3. Audi discontinued them along with other Audi models due to production costs. They're narrowing down the amount of product range to save the money. However this won't affect getting parts for them. And resale value should be ok.

Service Intervals - High Miles
I find preventative maintenance is key with older Audi's. A lot of people do t spend the money on them as they're not seen worth it due to their age. Like you I'll never get the money back I've spent on mine.

Ah right. Yea you could do

First timing chain & water pump change
The chain can stretch. You'll hear a rattle on start up. I think the change is roughly around 100-120k miles if memory serves me correctly

Multi function steering wheel wiring loom
Is this the part? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/313847139283?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=ojhAk5fdQZO&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=IE07kO4STZy&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY

B8 or B9
You'll need a letter from Audi to confirm the year of build and spec etc to get it changed with DVLA. Very odd Audi weren't willing to get this rectified

Water pump and thermostat housing leaking coolant
It does seem expensive, I'd recommend getting another quote. Bare in mind you can order some parts second hand

True I guess. Are they any brighter than standard?.

Service Intervals - High Miles
My A6 c5 2.5tdi has covered 344k on the original engine which has now unfortunately let go. It's been owned by my dad then me since new. It's been serviced as per the servicing schedule at the very least. And earlier where need be. I've always been one for over servicing and preventative maintenance. It's what keeps older Audi's on the road.

Q7 Security
Can't say I've heard of them. Also you might be better off with a stoplock as apposed to the disc lock.

Steering wheel
I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. Sounds like the button unit has failed. Replacement should be easily sourced.

Q7 Security
My friend had a ghost imobiliser on his t6 campervan and I have to say it's a very good piece of kit. Best security in my opinion

Spare wheel foam removal - towbar fitting
Fantastic walkthrough so far 🙂

TPMS
Obd port should be driverside side footwell. You'll have to look up under the dash.

Leaky cabriolet
Have a look at the battery tray as the water drains can get blocked. Also on my similar aged A6 I had a similar issue and it was water getting through the pollen filter housing. The problem you've got is that there might be a computer in the floor known as the CCM which can start playing up when wet. I know as I've had this issue with my A6.

Audi A3 - Can i repair the plastic tag/clipper on my bumper?
New bumper would be the easier route unfortunately

one more to my collection ,
It's funny as I've considered this headlight upgrade to my A6 to preserve the originals.
