  1. Too true! Maybe in time 🙂
  2. I think the real world figures are mud-late 30s.
  3. Glad you're pleased with it 🙂 that's great mpg!
  4. I don't think you can. It's annoying but will have to be engaged manually I'm afraid. Similar complaints were made about the 8v model too. With the case of the 8v you could get the features depending on what other options were spec'd. But I can't say for certain with the 8y.
  5. No probs. The fuse box should be on the outer side of dashboard driverside or tooked under the dash left of the steering wheel. When the doors open you can prize the cover off. Here's a YouTube video might help: This link should also help: https://www.audihowto.com/audi-a1-8x-2010-to-2018-fuse-box-location-and-fuses-list/ This last link is very good to show you the locations: https://fusesdiagram.com/audi/fuses-and-relay-audi-a1.html

  12. You've done great amount of work so far. If it's not the switch then could it be a relay I wonder?
  13. Oh wow, I hadn't heard that one!
  14. Have the lenses gone cloudy? If so they can be machine polished either DIY or via a professional. I believe cleaning it with toothpaste with a toothbrush works too!
  15. Log into the myAudi app. From the Vehicle tab, select the Vehicle selector atop the screen. Select the + button on the top right of the screen. Identify the vehicle to delete, press down and swipe left. In the message that displays, select "Delete vehicle" Youll.have to delete the old car first via the instructions above ^^^ Then add the new car.
  16. We're you moving or stationary in D? I ask as it might narrow the noise down from engine noise or road noise coming through. If it's not something else instead.
  17. No probs at all 🙂
  18. Glad you got sorted. It's nice to know the aftermarket ones work just as well. Thanks for letting us know 😊

  20. That's great news 🙂 glad you got sorted in the end 😊
  21. Sorry I should have said if the lights are on permanently then it might be worth getting Audi to take a look.
  22. Now that sounds my kind of meet up! Where abouts in Ireland are you? I'll be visiting northern Ireland later this year.
  23. Keep us posted. It might be worth it going to Audi.
  24. Can't say I've heard of this before by if it's happening in drive then it's picking up road noise, engine noise etc. My advice would be to get it to a dealer and show them the fault. As it could be a faulty mic for example.
