  1. Has anyone had any experience with fibreglass wings? I'm considering having some made for my a6 as Im sick of the front wings rusting. I know this was a common thing in the 70s/80s when cars rusted faster just seeing if anyone can recommend any companies too. Thank you 🙂
  2. Worth a shot. I'd also recommend a diagnostic check.
  3. Fantastic news! Keep us posted in how you get on with it 🙂
  4. What spec is yours? If it's an se or similar then fitting s line suspension should lower it my 20mm if I remember correctly as s line suspension is shorter and stuff than non s line suspension. The next drip you can go is to 30 or 35mm with aftermarket kits.
  5. I believe it's voicemails. If you type in your voicemail number it should work I believe.
  6. If you've bought this with 30 days from a dealer then I'd be returning it pronto as you have 30 days to get a full refund. This link might help: https://www.700r4transmissionhq.com/audi-q5-blue-exhaust-smoke/
  7. Glad you got sorted! The slow drip ones are the worst!
  8. I'd recommend you go genuine Audi where you can. I have sach rear shocks on my A6 which are ok. If you're wanting ban upgrade you can look at bilstein kit.
  9. Yep sounds like a main dealer trip. Could it be to do with the light sensor or headlight switch draining the battery I wonder?
  10. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 the Q7 is a lovely car as long as you keep up to date with all maintenance and sort the niggles.
  11. If.the car is experiencing problems just run it on e5. I run a classic car on e5 as E10 it had an erratic idle. Please bare in mind E10 corrodes the rubber fuel lines faster thus running the risk of fuel leaks in the fuel bay and potential fire. In theory most 2011 on cars can run on it but if your cars having issues it's definitely not worth the risk.
  12. Getting a bag specialist to check is a good idea.
  13. I'd strongly recommend you drive the car at a dealer. But it does sound a good spec
  14. I sure it'll come in useful for multiple people!
  15. Sounds like that's what it.us.tgen as I know Audi have had to do various key updates on mmi etc
  16. If there's definitely no leak then I'd think there is an issues with the pump or modules.
  17. If one of the plastic prongs are missing off the bumper the. I believe the cute might be a new bumper.
  18. You're welcome, ah I see. Is it worth speaking to Audi parts department as they'll have a schematic.
  19. Anyone Midlands based want to do a monthly meet at the Stonehurst farm car show, mountsorrel Leics. Car Club night at Stonehurst Farm Monday evenings 30 May/ 27 June /25 July / 29 Aug Entry by donation to Rainbows 🌈 Bar and Hog Roast Everyone welcome and all cars of all ages.
  20. I know it feels like a wasted day, however having the fault logged and investigated in warranty might help you if the fault happens outside of warranty.
  21. I believe Audi should have all the updates, recalls etc on file. It might be worth ringing them. There's a lot of software issues with vag cars ATM. It's definitely a nice car 🙂
  22. Other than persistence, a hammer, heat etc im not sure
  23. Hey mate could you try an air chisel or sawsall? Also found this link mate: https://www.ttforum.co.uk/threads/seized-rear-control-arm-preventing-4-wheel-alignment.180551/ I'd also recommend you update the bushes with powerflex ones so you won't have to replace them again.
