EXHAUST CHANGE
Might be worth you speaking to powerflow exhausts to see about them making you a custom exhaust. My brother and friends have used them and been happy with the results

New owner - lots of questions!
Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 Either if those 2 tyre brands are good. They can be added, might be worth you speaking to an auto electrican. Your phone sat back can't be shown on the cars screen. You can get SD card updates. Have a look on eBay first. Yep mpg will be a shock if you've come from hybrids. What mpg is the car saying you're getting? TFSI engines aren't the most economical. Mirrors, it most likely won't have the feature. You could have it retrofitted and is worth speaking to autologics or Audi retrofits.

Brake pads - MIL
Just to add, regarding the brake pad warning light. It only applies to the front as the front only has the wear sensor.

Holding up Boot liner
I don't think there is annoyingly. You'd think it'd be a standard feature now.

Can the Rear Center Seat Belt Igniter be disabled
It can't be disabled from my knowledge as it's part of the safety system.

Lost a rear brake pad!!!
It always baffled me why the rears never had a brake wear sensor. Was the uneven wear on the pad caused by a sticking piston in the caliper? I also didn't know Audi states you need to change front and rear pads at the same time, especially as you say the front wears faster. Just another money making con. Is your A4 Quattro? As that's the only reason I can think of for changing pads at the same time. I appreciate my A6 is older but I might have to look through the service information to see what that says.

Radio
You could look at an aftermarket head unit which is touch screen and have the features you're looking for. Will cost around £300. You should then also be able to get an adapter to plug into the current radio wiring harness

Starting from ingition key stopped working
Could it be the ignition barrel itself?

2013 A8L Suspension Fault
The module needs to be coded. The part number should match yours. But the last letter can denote an updated version

PRNDS flashing, doesn't switch gears
I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. Could be an issue with the selector or module
-
Incorrect module installed
It can be fixed. Down to the dealer to sort.
