  1. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch ☺️
  2. As you say could be an engine or gearbox mount. Had something similar on my wife's jag last month. It needed two engine mounts. As in your case you could see the engine move.
  3. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂
  4. I'd definitely recommend a diagnostic check to see what fault codes flag up.
  5. Haynes I'm sure do one if tiu check the website. Alternatively you could try the Bentley manuals.
  6. This is really bad. The only way you'd get anywhere is reporting it to trading standards but with witness statements from the mechanics at the garage. And from the garage that fixed it.
  7. Oi lol. To be fair it's been a reliable daily. The Audi is in semi retirement lol.
  8. My advice would be to get it booked in for audi to adjust the boot. I had something similar on a ford kuga
  9. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch ☺️ you could always look at a replacement glovebox on ebay too.
  10. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 the allroad is a lovely car
  11. Very true. It's annoying when a new car doesn't meet expectations
  12. Usually when the garage want to charge you an OTT price it often means they don't want the work. My advice would be to look for either an Audi specialist or German car specialist
  13. Definitely have a look at buyers guides on YouTube. Air suspension is the biggest issue. Especially when the cars get older.
  14. Audi has stopped offering the A4 Allroad, A6 Allroad, and A1 Citycarver in the UK market and has no plans on bringing future generations as confirmed by an Audi UK spokesperson. As reported by Autocar, the decision was taken due to the slow sales of the Allroad models. In 2021, Audi sold only 292 units of the A4 Allroad and 256 units of the A6 Allroad, accounting for 3.3 percent and 4.4 percent of the A4 and the A6 total sales respectively. Even the more expensive RS4 and RS6 sold more units than the equivalent Allroads, showing that UK buyers are more attracted to performance rather than crossover wagons. Besides the Allroad range, Audi has also dropped the A1 Citycarver from its UK website. This could mean that UK buyers won’t be getting the upcoming A3 Citycarver / Allroad that has been spotted testing with crossover styling cues. For the rest of the world, Allroad models are not going anywhere, since Audi will soon unveil the facelifted A6 range including the A6 Allroad, followed by a brand-new generation of the A4 in 2023. Audi is not the first automaker that doesn’t offer its crossover wagons in the UK, since Mercedes-Benz decided not to bring the E-Class All-Terrain and C-Class All-Terrain, while the VW Group has discontinued the VW Passat Alltrack and the Skoda Octavia Scout. There is still hope for fans of raised wagons though, since the VW Golf Alltrack, the Volvo V90 Cross Country, and the Subaru Outback are still available. https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.carscoops.com/2022/02/audi-a4-and-a6-allroad-and-a1-citycarver-discontinued-from-the-uk-due-to-slow-sales/amp/
  15. The new, facelifted Audi A6 has been spotted testing on public roads by our spy photographers. The images show a saloon variant of the popular executive car sporting a black and white livery at the front and rear to obscure the model’s revised lines, with the mid-section of the car left uncovered. The precise details of the model’s new look are not clearly visible, but the A6 will gain a subtle styling update over its predecessor. The front end features a newly designed, bulky front grille, sharp headlights and revised air intakes. At the rear, the lower bumper now appears to be lower to the ground and the rear lights have been reshaped. The current A6 has been on sale since 2018 in saloon and Avant estate bodystyles. Both of the prototypes photographed were saloon models. Audi has not yet detailed powertrain information for the new A6, but it’s expected that the model will retain its range of petrol and diesel engines. The A6 was Audi’s ninth most popular car in terms of sales last year, selling 5789 units and outselling the Audi Q4 E-tron, the Audi Q7 and the Audi TT. The rugged A6 Allroad was recently removed from the line-up, with Audi citing slow sales. The model sold just 256 units in the UK in 2021 – less than half of the number of performance RS6 Avants sold in the same period. Audi previewed the potential future direction for the A6 in 2021 when it revealed the A6 E-tron Concept, based on the firm’s PPE platform. The concept had Quattro all-wheel drive, with an electric motor on each wheel, 435 miles of range and a total power output of 462bhp. https://www.autocar.co.uk/car-news/new-cars/2023-audi-a6-facelift-spotted-during-road-tests
  16. You should be able to attach an aux lead to the back of the radio. There should be YouTube videos on it.

When I worked at Volkswagen we had to plug the cars into a computer linked directly to Germany to activate nav. This was back in 2017. If the other way works then that's great 👍
  18. Some members have used autologics for retrofits including reverse cameras etc.

You do have to go to an Audi dealer to get it set up. It'll cost you around £500.

  21. I do not believe it'll park itself. The system is just sensors on the mmi display. As per this link: https://www.audihelp.com/auda-72-audi_parking_system_plus.html There are YouTube videos for it too.
  22. Members have used autologics too for reverse cameras for similar money too.
