Going from the original scan, when was the gearbox fluid last changed? If it's the dsg gearbox the gears can be affected if the oil is degrading.
The throttle position sensor is more likely an issue I'd say then the others.

The easiest way to get Bluetooth is to change the head unit for one thst has apple car play/Android auto installed. Or alternatively get a parrot kit installed.
Darryl's advice on the doors is spot on.
Could be the boot actuator or the remote fob receiver. Have you tried using the spare key to see if it definitely isn't the main key playing up?
Also you could look at getting a diagnostic check carried out or get an auto electrician to take a look as it could be a broken wire.
Also unsure if it would be relevant but has the car got wet carpets? I ask as the comfort control module is under the carpet passenger footwell. If the footwell gets wet and floods the ccm it can cause all kinds of weird electrical issues.
I'd definitely be getting this back to the garage that did the work. My dad had a similar thing in a old land Rover defender and they had to change the Cambelt as it had been fitted incorrectly
This is a major change. If it were me I'd be looking at a discount from the order, you change spec entirely or cancel the order.
The chip shortage is getting ridiculous now.
As long as it's maintained it can do high mileage. For example my a6 c5 has done 339k miles but it's got full service history.
It's all in the history. Definitely check out the C6 buyers guide videos on YouTube.
Check ebay too. Unfortunately now is a bad time to buy cars as they're more expensive and people are holding on to them more.
It's all about the servicing. Ideally you want full history. On cars of this age or miles see when the Cambelt and water pump were changed. Also check when the gearbox oil was changed. And if the car is quattro which I believe they are then the tyres should match with even wear on tyres on the same axle. Otherwise it can cause damage to the quattro system.
Also the headlights are bi-xenon and when the bulbs are going they'll go a bit dim or flicker. They've around £180 per bulb I believe.
I've found these on ebay:

Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch ☺️ they are lovely vehicles one of the moderators has one. Have a look at buyers guides on YouTube. One major issue with them is the swirl flaps sticking/failing. Also look out for issues with blocked dpf or egr.
