  1. If it soaked the pase get footwell it could have damaged the ccm which is under the carpet. A diagnostic check should flag up a fault code if it's not working properly.
  2. I agree with you. Wasn't this being looked into by the government off the back of findings by the RAC?
  3. Think the boss sub or amp will have to be coded.
  4. Please keep us posted on how you get on. Might be worth you exploring the 3d printing idea.
  5. You're welcome, please keep us posted on how you get on. If it is the pump then it's most light the high pressure fuel pump.
  6. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂
  7. Oh dear, all sorted now?
  8. Have you tried eBay? Alternatively, if you know anyone who has a 3d printer and could make you one.
  9. There's a fellow member on here who has one. It's had various trips to the dealer for numerous recalls.

Please keep us posted on how you get on. If it isn't linked to the battery or alternator then you might need a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up relating to the screen. The cluster can be repaired and there's various companies that do this.
  11. Wowsers. You're lucky it didn't cause a fire. Glad it's sorted now though.
  12. I'd imagine the way to check would be plugging it to vcds or obd11 if it's not in the cars Infotainment system. For info Cliff has owned audis and it's not a crime to own an electric/hybrid car that isn't an Audi and be a moderator. Also I think manufacturers have to guarantee the battery for X amount of years which varies from manufacturer. And this was to try and reassure consumers regarding buying second hand EVs. Last year/year before there was a panorama(?) program or similar (may have been Chanel 5) on TV that compared a 9 year old nissan leaf against a new mg zs to compare and show how the batteries degrade over time, which was an interesting watch. You might be able to find some similar reviews on YouTube.
  13. Thank you for the useful info 🙂 glad you got sorted and your A3 is back to normal 🙂
  14. Have you changed the oil temp sensor yet? Is it worth getting the fuel filter changed? If this is blocked it could be causing the issue. Also check around where the injectors are attached as injector seals can fail.
  15. This I'm sure will be useful for others, thank you for sharing.
  16. Please keep us posted on how you get on. Let's hope it does fix all the problems

  18. Must be on back order. Clearly a lot of q5s have been crashed lately.
  19. Hello Mark, might be worth speaking to autologics or Audi retrofits as members have used them and they have been happy with their work.
  20. Glad you're a step closer to getting this resolved, please keep us posted on how you get on
