  1. Yea the window should fit flush like the others. Is the window going up abd down smoothly? If not it could be a regulator issue. My other advice would be to get an auto electrician to take a look.
  2. If this is a standard feature and the button s not working then my best advice would be to contact the dealer to get it looked at as the cars still under warranty.
  3. Yea looks like a faulty switch.
  4. This is the problem, the more tech they cram into cars the more unreliable they become. Which is a shame as the engineering aspect of cars and mechanical components have come on leaps and bounds. But now being let down by electrics abd computers. Good news though you can still buy a new lada niva if you want something simple and less boring than a Dacia lol
  5. Done are screwed on others are welded on. The problem with screws is that they rust making it very hard to remove the trim. It's not unheard of the trims having to be cut off.
  6. Two different shows but both worth going too ☺️ simply Audi is the better show in my opinion. There's more of us going to simply Audi compared to audis in the park.
  7. Fantastic news! Glad you got it sorted family easily 🙂
  8. That's not good. How many model years are affected I wonder?
  9. Yep it's an option, it's just a case of finding one. S line trim or higher is the nice spec.
  10. Welcome to the forum Graham you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch ☺️
  11. Ive pinned this at the top of the section as your walk through was great. Really think it'll help other members 🙂
  12. Have tiu checked to see if the roof is closing properly?
  13. Nice 🙂 when are you test driving it?
  14. I think it depends on the mmi you have as some are hardwired and as such have to be updated only at Audi.
  15. No probs, sorry I can't help more.
  16. I suppose it depends on the age of the Audi. In my case I would be worried about using main dealers now but my a6 is 19 years old. However my wife and I both use main dealers for our modern daily drivers (mine Ford kuga, hers a jag both under 5 years old).
  17. Sorry no one has responded. Truthfully I've never bothered with anything like this. And after 335k miles (all done by my dad and I) I'm not too worried. The biggest issue on modern diesels are dpfs clogging.
  18. From my experience of wings I've got pattern parts on my a6 currently. Next time I need some I'm going to try a f get genuine ones.
  19. Good luck 🙂 is it in Ireland or in northern Ireland, Scotland or Wales.
  20. Would it not be easier looking for one in northern Ireland, or depending where you are in Ireland look for one in Wales or Scotland near hollyhead or Cairnryan?
  21. You're welcome, sorry it was wrong. Just can't think where else it could be.
  22. You're welcome. Your alternative option is to have a diagnostic check to see what fault codes flag up. Or take it to an auto electrician.
