Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂
Please use the search function as there's been a lot of members with this/similar faults. It could just be the sensor but worse case scenario it's the tank replacement.
Alternatively and naughtily there are companies out there which will do a remap which will map out the adblue system.
Be careful doing it as one of my glovebox hinges has snapped as the plastic has gone brittle.
Definitely try wd40 etc. If it's moving slightly you could put felt on the edges of the glovebox.
I can get that, I was shocked when my gran passed and I was very close to her.
I've had to reduce hours as I've been working too much.
Always here if you want a chat
The comfort control module should be under the carpet. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. Alternatively get an auto electrican to take a look
Bare in mind the 2.0tfsi is known for oil consumption issues and wrecking the engine. Full service history is key as well as proof of any major work carried out.
You'll need it all coding and wiring will be different as xenon headlights have additional modules and ballast etc. Why do you want to fit halogen lights?
I wouldn't be surprised if it's not done with it. A lot of Audi's have been arriving without correct specs since COVID claiming issues with supplies, chip shortages etc. Q7s have been coming without matrix headlights too.
I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up.
The carpets haven't got wet at all have they?
I ask as the comfort control module sits under the passenger footwells and controls windows etc. When it gets wet it can become damaged.
Looks like the code is a fault for the engine mounts. You need to check the wiring to the mounts as they are prone to breaking quite near to where they plug in.
If wiring is ok then it could be the sensor for the mounts or the mount(s) themselves.
