  1. This topic on the forum might help: The delivery time will also depend on whst options are selected. At this current time I'd advise you to had at least 2-3 months to any delivery time they say. As I can't see the chip shortage going away any time soon.

My advice would be to get this booked in at Audi. At the very least it'll need a software update.
  3. It's getting ridiculous. There are more and more people believing they are entitled to everything and anything. And to challenge them you are seen as discriminating towards them. A good case in point is the current attack on history and culture to try and erase people or events from history. It's very easy to look at the past with 21st century thinking. But ignoring the past and thus forgetting the mistakes made there, only jeopardise the future. I also note today that despite fewer vehicles ECT being driven last year due to the pandemic the temperature in Antarctica reached 18 degrees and in the article circle (Siberia) reached 38 degrees. I've noticed the media are ignoring the fact less fossil fuels were burned last year when presented to the public.
  4. I'm not sure what else to advise as I've struggled to find the information too. My advice would be to contact sone local independent Audi specialists
  5. Just found this link which might help: https://www.vwaudiforum.co.uk/forum/showthread.php/197674-Audi-A3-8V-Electric-Parking-Brake Sorry the previous links didn't help.
  6. My advice would be a stainless steel cat back exhaust, Induction kit/upgraded panel filter etc and a remap. You could look at revo or Darkside developments for the remap. And I'd recommend powerflow for the exhaust. As my brother and friends have used them. After that you'd be looking at bigger turbos, intercoolers or injectors but costs will start to mount then. I know you've mentioned new wheels, to go with this you could lower it slightly 👍
  7. I agree with Gareth. This quote is far too high. To put it into perspective in 2017 my a6 had two front aftermarket wings fitted and sprayed for around £650. The wings were replaced due to corrosion.
  8. No probs at all. Once you find it, my advice would be to source a used one first. As it'll be cheaper and be less money lost if it transpires it's not the module. Also I'd recommend a diagnostic check.
  9. Yes it'll be covered. The trim will have to be removed.
  10. Here you go, this link shows you the location plus a guide on how to change it 👍 https://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php/697021-Parking-Brake-Control-Module
  11. Following on from this conversation. I think we've got our answer. They want us off the road for good. Just to reduce 13% of CO2. What a load of s***. This isn't to save the planet, it's to control us and to stop us from going to far. Before anyone says, yes I know the article is from the daily mail but it's elsewhere too! https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10298487/Owning-car-outdated-20th-century-thinking-transport-minister-Trudy-Harrison-says.html?ito=social-facebook Mark my words after they've got us off the roads, planes abd ferries will be next. As I honestly believe they don't want us to travel. Since when was it the governments job to control the movement of it's people in a democracy. Need I say more!
  12. Please add some pics and service history info 👍
  13. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 looks a nice a6 👍
  14. You're welcome 👍
  15. These links should be useful if info and advice on the issue: https://www.audiforum.ca/audi-mailing-list-45/a3-water-leak-boot-4473/ https://www.audi-sport.net/xf/threads/water-in-boot-under-spare-wheel.216023/ If it were me I wouldnt buy it. But that's my personal opinion
  16. Couldn't agree more. Just shows Audi know it's a common fault but do t want to admit it
  17. D3 with them. I know yours is d4.
  18. 60k is ok mileage but you might find the Cambelt is due at the 5 year mark (this year) so worth seeing if it's due abd has been changed. When I worked in the motor trade we always said what ever the manufacturer claims for mpg, take 10 mog off that.
  19. I don't think you can unless certain options were selected when new. These links support my theory: I appreciate this first link is for the a3 but the principal is the same. https://www.audi-sport.net/xf/threads/google-maps-on-mmi.383932/ https://www.a1-forum.co.uk/threads/google-maps.156385/?u=9874
  20. Something like this might help, a workshop manual. It'll show the diagrams at least but no part numbers. Please note I've given the link as reference. I've never used the site before. https://www.autorepairmanuals.ws/arm/threads/audi-a4-b9-8w-2015-workshop-manual-electrical-wiring-diagram.76789/ This site recommends one: https://www.audiworld.com/forums/a4-b9-platform-discussion-212/audi-a4-b9-repair-manual-2986354/ And here's a link that has another one on: https://www.audi-sport.net/xf/threads/b9-a4-s4-pdf-uk-brochures-b9-a4-owners-manual-pdf.252987/ This might be useful but I've not gone the 187 pics: https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.motor1.com/news/58149/audi-drops-massive-photo-gallery-with-the-new-a4-186-pics/amp/
  21. I don't think they will as I think the roof line is different. Worth a try once your new a3 arrives though 👍
