  1. My advice would be to get a diagnostic check to see what fault codes flag up.
  2. It's really coming together 🙂
  3. I believe the cluster us tied in with the other systems. Plus the abs module etc might need coding to the new ecu.
  4. I think there are subtle differences in the bumpers.
  5. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂
  6. Sorry to hear of your issue. Glad you got sorted ☺️ I'm sure your advice will help others 🙂

  8. Just goes to show there are still some good people in the world
  9. I don't think you can de-select it. If you want it darker you might have to have tinting film applied.
  10. Thanks for that Steve. They're certainly tinkers!

It's not unheard of. But think it depends on the map, engine etc.
  12. I'd be getting this checked at a garage.
  13. It'll need coding but it's doable.
  14. No probs at all
  15. A good faraday pouch. As well as a metal tin hidden somewhere. Also a friend of mine as a ghost alarm and it's brilliant, that's the best security option. As well as having the old fashioned steering lock etc. Also you could get anti break film for the windows. Also when parking try and keep it boxed in. My advice would also boost house security too. However I would say if they want it they'll take it. At knife point in some cases. Truthfully in my case I actually leave keys near the front door as id rather them take the car rather attack me or my family. Cars can easily be replaced. Humans or pets can't.
  16. Very nice 🙂 And I bet!
  17. If it's within 30 days then you're entitled to a full refund. My advice would be to get a garage opinion or even Audis opinion before you contact them. Or do both so you have multiple evidence if there is a fault and you need your money back.
  18. Sat nav has to be added by Audi at a cost of £500ish. I'd look for local retrofitters to see what they charge as cruise control can be fitted. A vehicle checker should be able to provide you with the bhp.
  19. Bose or b&o were options on all Audis. Unless specified with a tech pack or similar.
  20. You're correct. The wheels on your a6 are from a c7 a6. It might be worth you looking on ebay or Google as to ehst wheels your spec should have come with as standard. But I do admit I find it odd that the wheels are the culprit.
  21. Sounds like a fault with the mechanism and needs a diagnostic check.
  22. They're definitely the best auto on the market for drivability. But I agree they can be unreliable at higher miles or lack of servicing. Though I I bet it's the former in your case Steve. Think the worse gearbox is the Ford powershift though. They seem to like to go bang for fun!
