  1. Update from organisers. Also we'll meet at the chequered flag as I usual an hour before were due to go in.
  2. Go to a professional remapper with a rolling road and they'll e able to increase power and known how much the gearbox can take. The likes or darkside developments or Revo are a good bet.
  3. Think it's a seat modification. Any retrofitting can be done but won't be cheap.
  4. Guessing you've tried the bulbs. My next port of call if both are blown is to speak to an auto electrician incase there's a wiring issue.
  5. Looking forward to seeing them. The checked interior is standard isn't it.
  6. I'd get the battery checked as I bet your a5 is on its original one.
  7. Yes they would not a transmission fluid change. Did you buy it from a main dealer? If so you should ask them why it wasn't done.
  8. This could be drivers door module. I've hisr had this changed on my a6 which cured the central locking issue. Mt remote locking isn't working which I think is down to a faulty ccm. Which is the next thing I'll need to change.
  9. Have tiu got a picture of your head unit? Might be worth taking it out to see if all wires are plugged in at that end.

If it's a red fault code then I would be cautious about driving it. It could be an abs sensor or module if the disc/pads and fluid are ok. My advice would be to get it to a garage asap.

It sounds like the a8 lwb it is then. So it all depends what comprises you want to make regarding your budget. Ie higher milage lwb facelift in budget. Lower milage lwb prefacelift ect. Can't remember if I shared a buyers guide video with you or not. Here's one, but there are others on youtube.
  12. Have you managed to compare both yet? I can understand why a lwb makes sense.
  13. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch ☺️ this YouTube video might help:
  14. Welcome to the forum, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 sounds like you e done a good amount of homework already. With any performance car service history is key.

A7 is shorter than a a8 as it's based on an a6 platform. I know your torn between lwb or swb a8 as it is.
  16. Any fault codes? Sounds like Audi do t want to find a fault.
  17. Lovely looking a7 👍 sorry no one replied. I missed the post, apologies for that.
  18. Now that's tough. Facelift models are better due to various improvements made. I guess it depends how much space your passengers require in the rear? Bearing in mind in swb there's still a good amount of room.
  19. Yea the window should fit flush like the others. Is the window going up abd down smoothly? If not it could be a regulator issue. My other advice would be to get an auto electrician to take a look.
  20. If this is a standard feature and the button s not working then my best advice would be to contact the dealer to get it looked at as the cars still under warranty.
  21. Yea looks like a faulty switch.
  22. This is the problem, the more tech they cram into cars the more unreliable they become. Which is a shame as the engineering aspect of cars and mechanical components have come on leaps and bounds. But now being let down by electrics abd computers. Good news though you can still buy a new lada niva if you want something simple and less boring than a Dacia lol
  23. Done are screwed on others are welded on. The problem with screws is that they rust making it very hard to remove the trim. It's not unheard of the trims having to be cut off.
  24. Two different shows but both worth going too ☺️ simply Audi is the better show in my opinion. There's more of us going to simply Audi compared to audis in the park.
