As Steve said it could need a software update. Worse case scenario a sensor, camera or module has got damaged. -
Just checked eBay with no success. eBay would be your bet bet and it'll be case of waiting.

Yep egr and dpfs issues are common. A motorway run once a week can be good. How many miles did you do a year? And what kind of mileage? I'd it's mainly town driving then a petrol might be better.

The wiring breaking is a common occurrence, I'd recommend looking on eBay including international sellers. Alternatively you could try Audi heritage.

Cheapest option would be to glue it back in place. As I'm sure Audi will want to sell you a new grill.

Unfortunately not as they don't have that capability. You're easiest option would be to wire dash cams into the cigarette lighter wiring.

I'm assuming you bought it privately in which case there's not much come back. You could try small claims court. Please keep us posted on how you get on. -
