Now that's nice. Love the interior. What Audi do you drive?

Very nice spec. Heated leather seats are nice. I wish mine were heated. Parking sensors are rare. I'm guessing it's the concert radio? It's an easy upgrade to symphony radio like mine I believe. Mine has the 6 CD changer but built into the head unit. Later symphony radios post facelift 2001 onwards) had the six CD changer built into the dash Yea, yours is a rare colour. I don't know the exact colour of mine. My dad bought it new in 2002 and I inherited it. It's got leather, sports seats, 3 spoke sports steering wheel, symphony radio, 7 seater option. Wooden inlays, towbar. What engine is yours? Mine is the 2.5tdi and manual gearbox. What mileage is on yours? Mine is on 332k on the original engine and gearbox which have never been rebuilt. Any interior shots? Thanks. Kind regards Steve

Very nice looking a6 you have there. Looks to be SE spec like mine. Same wheels as mine. Lovely colour too, and a rare one at that. What goodies does it have? Happy Easter by the way 🙂 Kind regards Steve

Welcome back Angela, so sorry for your previous loss. I too had a similar situation with my a6 c5. Thankfully the insurance company rebuilt mine. I was hit from behind by a Volvo xc60. It wrote the Volvo off completely! Have you got any pics of your new c5? Hope you're pleased with it 🙂 Cheers Steve

Welcome to the forum Amelia, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 Could the cable be linked to the maf sensor? If Have you got any pics? To remove the airbox start removing the wire over the top of it. then remove screws. look for two or three connecting the tubing then pull the tubing out. once all screw are gone pull the box straight up and it will pop out with those rivets. Here's a couple of YouTube videos which might help: Cheers Steve

Sounds like you've made a logical decision and it's worth changing. Try and get one from eBay. I have to say the quality seems to have decreased some what. As my a6 has its original speakers. Cheers Steve

Welcome to the forum Steve, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 You've chosen one hell of a rare colour. Only finding none purple one for sale on eBay/autotrader but with a black interior. Might be worth you speaking to your local Audi dealer to get them to keep an eye out for you. Cheers Steve

Hi Lee, is the speaker working? I'm surprised the speaker would go on such young car. Alternatively if it has a bracket has that broken, or is the speaker grill causing it? I say that as a4 had a recall for rattling speakers grills. I know the q7 have a similar issue with rattling speakers usual when Bluetooth is used. Is it happening with certain music or when making calls etc. Also if it's happening when you're using an iPod I'm wondering if it's due to the volume being turned up too loudly on the car or iPod or similar device. In that case it's recommend to turn down the volume on your phone or iPod then turn up the volume on the car stereo. See if that helps. Hope that makes sense. Cheers Steve

Audi factory driver Mike Rockenfeller has initiated a virtual racing series under the motto #RaceHome, which will be held on the PlayStation 4 with the fully-electric Audi e-tron Vision Gran Turismo. The proceeds will be used for a good cause. Once a week, fans of the Audi brand and SimRacing professionals will be competing against the six Audi DTM drivers: Loïc Duval, Jamie Green, Nico Müller, Robin Frijns, René Rast and Mike Rockenfeller. “Since there are no real races happening at the moment, because of the corona crisis, SimRacing is experiencing an incredible boom,” says the 2013 DTM champion. “We are deliberately going our own way: #RaceHome is focusing on sports cars with electric drive and is therefore in line with Audi’s focus topic in the change of mobility. We have decided on a console game because we can reach a particularly large community in this way.” PlayStation Network members have the opportunity to compete against the Audi DTM stars on #RaceHome. They can win a spot on the grid each week by developing and publishing a design for the Audi e-tron Vision Gran Turismo in conjunction with #AudiTogether and #WeStayHome. The most creative design will win. The jury consists of the six Audi DTM drivers. #RaceHome wants to generate as many donations as possible to be used for charity projects within the motorsport family. “There are many freelancers in motorsport who have lost their income from one day to the next and are fearing for their own existence,” says Rockenfeller. That’s why it will be possible to bid for a spot on the grid every week. All of the races of the #RaceHome charity racing series can be seen on the free live streaming channel at www.twitch.tv/visionrcco. The first race is on Tuesday, 21 April at 8 p.m. (CEST). If it's a known fault with various complaints then that's good if they're all being recorded at Audi. Regarding a video, record it and then upload it via the buttons at the bottom of the reply box. Cheers Steve

Now that is a beauty. I do love the Quattro but my favorite Audi's are the high performance estates such as the s2, rs6 c5 etc. But also love the 80 (all body forms) and allroad.

Nice one. It'll certainly help when you're fitting other mods. Probs best going for an upgraded exhaust next then remap 👍 Cheers Steve
